"This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is very close to the scenic area, the room views are stunning, and there are two swimming pools—one on the ground floor and one on the roof. The rooftop observation deck offers an amazing view. The hotel provides butler service; they even helped us buy cakes and fruits for our friend's birthday. Breakfast, fruit, and a bedtime dessert are delivered daily—super thoughtful and the service is excellent. The Southeast Asian-style restaurant has superb food and ambiance; it's also perfect for taking photos. In short, it's a hidden gem of a hotel—highly recommended!!!"

"The bed and pillows at the B&B were very comfortable, and the view from inside was amazing. We were caught in a major power outage, but the hotel had its own generator, which was incredibly helpful. It would have been incredibly uncomfortable to run the air conditioner without electricity in such hot weather! The breakfast lady was also very welcoming. She said she didn't want breakfast, but she was worried we'd be hungry, so she brought out delicious brown sugar buns, meat buns, and melon. The coffee was also quite good!"

Chongzuo Daxin Zhanpeng International Hotel

"I booked a suite, and there's a disco or bar directly below it. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a huge, resonant noise from the central air conditioning, making it impossible to sleep. After complaining to the front desk, they said they'd try to negotiate to lower the volume, but it didn't help; it was still very noisy. They finally changed my room. The new room didn't have the resonant noise, but the air conditioning was still very loud, there was no living room or sofa like in the suite, the bathtub wouldn't fill, and the hairdryer was broken… Moreover, the staff clearly knew their hotel had such a serious noise problem, yet they still gave guests that room. Some guests might tolerate it, but those who couldn't stand it got a room change. But everyone's here for tourism! How can I be energetic enough to go out and have fun the next day after being changed rooms in the middle of the night? And this was a relatively expensive suite; it's outrageous. "We had a great stay at Meijing! Although the location looks slightly away from the main town, this was ideal as it was quieter, while still only being a short bike ride away from the restaurants (are there also are some beside Meijing). The front of the hotel has unobstructed views of fields. We rented bikes and cycled around the town and along the river. Also, the bed was SUPER comfortable. Breakfast is simple, standard fare you’d get at most B&Bs."

"The B&B has just been renovated and has been in business for about half a year (the boss told me 😁), and the location is very good! Right at the entrance of Dongnayu Bay Scenic Area! It is very convenient, and Mingshi Farm is only more than ten kilometers away! The boss and his wife were very welcoming. There were a lot of snacks in the lobby, and they kept feeding us local sugar cane, passion fruit and banana 😂😂! The room was also very clean and tidy. I forgot to take pictures this time. The bed was also very comfortable! Everyone who comes here to play, must stay here! Highly recommended! !"

"Location: OK Room size: Large Cleanliness: Good It’s a nice hotel, and we liked it. It’s not far from places we needed to go, so getting around is easy, and the service is good. The automatic door at the entrance can be a bit confusing for first-time visitors, but once you get used to it, it’s fine. Breakfast: It is served individually for each guest, not as a buffet. The water supply and toilets are good—strong water pressure and hot water. The buildings are connected to each other by tunnels."

"Facilities: Honestly, very basic! The so-called swimming pool is just a small, dirty pool! It's impossible to swim after it rains, even though the front desk said they cleaned it. Lots of leaves floated on the surface, and the bottom was full of debris; the laundry room was also filthy, with water everywhere... Perhaps because it's summer, there were tons of mosquitoes in the guesthouse!! Cleanliness: Overall, okay. Environment: The room is very photogenic, close to Mingshi Pastoral Scenic Area, about a 10-minute drive! Service: The front desk service was acceptable!"

"The room facilities are complete, comfortable and spacious, and very clean. The bedding is also new and spotless, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Parking right at the entrance is super convenient, and it's a short walk to find places to eat. It's a nice stroll back after dinner. The owners are very welcoming and helped us with recommendations for local attractions and scenic spots. It's really close to Detian Waterfall and other sights. I'm very satisfied with this trip and it was well worth coming. I'll definitely bring my family back if I get the chance!"
