The hotel is right in Sanfang Qixiang, which is super convenient, and not far from the parking lot. It's also pet-friendly, and you can even bring your dog to the breakfast place across the street for a proper meal; very convenient! The daily seasonal fruit platter and exquisite snacks: The fruit and candied fruits were both excellent. Environment: The room was very spacious, and the service was friendly! The entire hotel is built in an ancient architectural style, full of character!

I genuinely recommend this hotel; it was such a comfortable stay, and everything was superb! The cleanliness truly exceeded expectations – it was meticulously clean! The room was spotless, inside and out. The bedding was white and soft, with absolutely no strange odors. The bathroom was sparkling, with no dust even in the corners and crevices. Every nook and cranny was perfectly cleaned, making the stay very reassuring. This attention to detail is a huge plus. The environment was also excellent. The overall decor was simple and comfortable. Public areas were spotless, and the hallways were quiet, not noisy at all. The room had great natural light and was spacious, making it very pleasant to stay in, with no cramped feeling whatsoever. All the travel fatigue just melted away. And the service was incredibly attentive. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and all the staff members had wonderful attitudes – gentle and patient. They responded promptly to any requests, making me feel welcome and at home throughout my stay. In summary, I couldn't find a single fault with the cleanliness, environment, or service. It offers great value for money, suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay! The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. The room was spotless, spacious, and didn't feel cramped at all. The bedding was really comfortable, and the soundproofing was great – it was very quiet. The front desk staff were lovely and very responsive to any requests, paying attention to all the little details. Overall, it's excellent value for money. I felt comfortable and at ease during my stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Fuzhou!

The room was great, with brand new facilities and plenty of space. The hotel staff, especially the lady at the front desk, had excellent service attitude; you could really feel they genuinely cared about helping guests. Before checking in, I communicated my request for a non-smoking room and mosquito control, and sure enough, I wasn't bitten by any mosquitoes and there was no smoke smell. The shuttle service was also very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. I was initially worried that hotels in the ancient city might be a rip-off, but after staying here, I genuinely recommend it – it's great value for money.

The hotel is located within a large resort complex and overall, it's quite good. The environment is lovely, close to the river, and the night view is beautiful. It's also quite close to Zhangzhou Ancient City; a quick scan and a few minutes on an e-bike will get you there. The hotel offers outdoor children's play facilities and electric sightseeing buggies that you can scan to use. The evening breeze is especially pleasant. Right next to the hotel is an outdoor hot spring, but the service there was a bit mediocre. The dinner buffet at the restaurant was pretty good for 80 per person, with a wide variety of dishes. However, breakfast was 88 per person and had much fewer options, which made the price difference hard to understand. We stayed in an RV with our child during the Chinese New Year. The RV was a bit far out, but calling for a shuttle made getting around very convenient. The soundproofing wasn't great, so it got a bit noisy in the mornings with people passing by. Upon checkout, we received a souvenir: baby talcum powder. Unless you have a small infant, its practicality is somewhat lacking. Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would recommend it.

This hotel truly values its online guests. Shortly after booking, I received a call asking if I had any special requests. They upgraded my room, sent a fruit platter, and provided turndown service. The facilities are high-tech and smart. I thoroughly checked the room, and it was very clean. Breakfast was also plentiful. This is the first time I've given a hotel a 5-star review! The service was incredibly thoughtful. Lainey Li from Shangri-La Putian provided exceptional service. The staff at check-in were friendly and the process was efficient. At check-out, they meticulously verified my information, showing professionalism and attentiveness throughout. My stay was excellent and I highly recommend it.

The hotel entrance might be small, but the room itself was excellent – spacious, very clean, and even had a smart toilet in the bathroom. The front desk lady was so kind; she upgraded me to a king-size room with a hot spring tub. After a soak, I felt incredibly relaxed; the spring water even had a faint blue tint. The manager was also wonderful, helping me with my luggage and even pressing the elevator button for me – truly great service. I had a fantastic time visiting Sanfang Qixiang, Shangxiahang, and Yantai Mountain. Plus, I got to enjoy the free 福州 (Fuzhou) subway service. Thumbs up to Fuzhou, its culture and tourism, and this hotel!

This resort is my top choice for a short, relaxing getaway from the city. The natural scenery is beautiful and tranquil, and soaking in the hot springs effectively soothes both mind and body. The room's soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The duty manager was incredibly attentive throughout my check-in process, offering thoughtful and warm service that truly deserves five stars. The breakfast selection is extensive, and I particularly appreciated the freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices – they made me feel very healthy! The taxi service was also prompt and responsive. On the downside, the rope-woven loungers on the balcony were moldy, making them unusable. The check-in process felt a bit cold, with no one to assist with luggage upon arrival or deliver it to the room. The checkout process was also...

We brought our child to Zhangzhou for a short holiday. Xiao Zhuang was incredibly thoughtful, keeping track of our itinerary from the moment she knew we were coming. When we checked in, Xiao Wei at the front desk saw we had a child and immediately gave our little one a small gift from Trip.com, which made our child very happy! Aunt Zhang Julan, who cleaned our room, noticed our child wanted to sleep on the sofa and very proactively helped us make up the bed. I'm so grateful to all the staff we met this trip; they made our journey so comfortable and enjoyable.
