The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

There was a cute little notice about tiny ladybugs in the room, which was a novel experience for city kids who rarely see them 🐞. The hotel has a hot spring on the first floor, which was incredibly relaxing after a day of skiing. The staff were all very friendly; Ms. Wang from the rose pool even brought us water. This hotel is really great for families!"

"On a whim, we decided to take a spontaneous weekend trip with the kids, and I randomly picked a hotel on the app, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise! First off, the room was spotless and fresh, even the bathroom was sparkling clean. The bedding was dry and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive – they even had a gym and a soft play area. The air conditioning worked great, and there was a rich breakfast spread. The lobby was also very photogenic. The front desk staff were gentle and polite, patiently answering all my questions. Most importantly, it was incredibly quiet, which was a huge plus for someone like me who has trouble sleeping. The hotel parking was convenient with plenty of spaces, and you could see the mountains from there. The air was fresh and it was easy to get around. This is a genuine review from a consumer who rarely leaves feedback unless they are exceptionally satisfied."

"When I checked in, the front desk attendant had already filled out the ski equipment size form for me. The ski equipment hall on the first floor is exclusively for guests, which is super convenient. When we arrived at the ski hall, the staff had already prepared all our gear, saving us a lot of time and effort. The restaurant on the first floor serves excellent food; we tried various dishes for three consecutive days. There's a QR code in the room for ordering food, so you don't even have to leave to get your meals delivered. A special shout-out to the front desk staff (Zheng Linchun, Sun Yuxin, Li Yan, Teng Yaoxuan); they were incredibly patient and helpful with all the questions my two kids had."

"Overall, I liked the resort. Our rooms were in the upgraded Building B, spacious and clean. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a bathroom, kettle, TV, and a small refrigerator. Breakfast for two is included in the room rate. Overall, the breakfasts are good, but as mentioned above, I agree, the food is a bit heavy. Upon check-in, we were given a voucher for one free pool room. The treatments at the resort are excellent; we tried acupuncture, massages, mud therapy, and even went to the dentist. Everything was great, and it was clean. The therapist writes out a medical chart (I've attached a photo), and when you pay for the treatments, you also get vouchers for free pool access (I've also attached a photo). There are shops near the resort where you can buy fruit; it's tastier here. Outside the resort, you can walk to a spring with ”stomach-boosting” water; the nature is very beautiful. There's a wooden walking path, so you can walk through the valley every day."

"How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!"

"The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"Yabuli's Hidden Gem B&B! An unforgettable, heavenly experience once you've stayed here✨ Choosing this high-end, owner-operated B&B was the luckiest thing that happened to us on our Yabuli ski trip! The property is the owner's own, and you can tell a lot of thought went into its creation – the decor is incredibly tasteful, modern minimalist yet with the cozy warmth of a Northeast courtyard. All the furniture and appliances are top-quality, with smart toilets, underfloor heating, and a high-definition projector. The facilities are so new they look like they've just been unboxed; it's even more comfortable than a star-rated hotel. A special shout-out to the landlady! She's an absolute godsend for germaphobes; the cleanliness is impeccable: the bedding smells like sunshine, is sparkling white and completely wrinkle-free, and every corner of the bathroom and crevice on the tabletops is spotless. Even the toiletries are brand-name products – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The landlady is incredibly thoughtful, asking for our arrival time in advance, proactively sharing ski tips and local food recommendations. She responds instantly to any requests, providing attentive service throughout without being intrusive, making it feel as comfortable as staying at a friend's house. Getting around was also incredibly convenient! The owner provides dedicated shuttle service, whether to the ski resort or for the return journey, always on time. The driver even helps with ski equipment, saving us the hassle of waiting for taxis. The B&B's surroundings are fully equipped, with supermarkets, farm-to-table restaurants, and ski rental shops all within walking distance. You don't have to go far for food or shopping, and the local businesses' prices are very fair, with absolutely no gouging – excellent value for money. This Yabuli trip was twice as enjoyable because of this B&B. I've already recommended it to friends who came with me, and I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend it to all fellow skiers – you can't go wrong, just book it without hesitation～"

The room was huge, we didn't even have enough time to enjoy it all in three days and two nights, haha! The hot springs were clean! The 'yin-yang' hot pot-style pool was hilarious! The outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic! The water was so clean, and there were interactive activities at 3 PM which were a lot of fun! The staff were also very enthusiastic ❤️

I took my mother and sister to the hot springs and didn't live here on the first day. I decided to come here the next day, let's talk about it first Facilities: very new, elegant and stylish. Hygiene: There is no need to say that the sanitary conditions that the hotel should have. Environment: Really good, breakfast is rich, the restaurant is very clean. Service: Also very good, the front desk lady helped to book the room and breakfast. The accommodation is presented with hotel hot spring bath tickets. Although it is not comparable to Beiguo Hot Spring, it is enough to wash away fatigue and is very cost-effective. Mom and sister are very satisfied, and I am also very satisfied. The hotel's cost performance and comfort are super high. The next day we chose to buy tickets for Beiguo Hot Spring separately, and we went to soak once more.

I was looking for a place close to the Grand Theatre to catch a show and stumbled upon this gem of a B&B. It's less than a ten-minute ride to the theatre. The hotel manager, a beautiful and kind lady, was absolutely wonderful. I arrived around dinner time, and she even brought me some dumplings! After the musical, she arranged a car to pick me up. Knowing I was heading to Central Avenue, she even gave me her own hand warmers. The room itself was clean, spacious, and cozy. If I ever come back, I'm definitely staying here again!
