I chose Harmona because I was specifically looking for a peaceful place to rest and sleep well. During check-in, I clearly informed the reception staff that I would prefer a quiet room away from other guests, especially families. Unfortunately, this request was not taken into consideration. I was placed on a floor surrounded by families and was woken up around 8 a.m. by extremely loud conversations happening across the hallway, where families were shouting and speaking loudly to each other between rooms. I was disappointed that the staff did not pay closer attention to my request, especially considering the purpose of my stay was rest and relaxation. The amenities were also quite underwhelming. Seeing Lipton tea served in China was surprising, and the general cleanliness standards did not meet expectations. There were used cups and instant noodle containers left in the hallway for two days without being cleared away. The room itself was not very clean either — there were marks on the walls and even a dead cockroach when I checked in. On a positive note, the hotel is located in a beautiful natural area, which made it pleasant for morning walks and jogging.

The service was excellent and very attentive. The butler called in advance to check on our needs, and upon check-in, a dedicated chat group was set up for timely communication and responses. We received a free room upgrade, and the room was spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed afternoon tea and shuttle service to Furong Town scenic area. There's an underground parking lot available. The hotel environment is also quite good. We even received a small gift at check-out.

Great location, close to the historic district with convenient public transportation. Lots of food options downstairs. Facilities: The bed was just right, not too soft or too hard, so I slept comfortably. There's a small bathtub, good air conditioning, a TV, and even a partial river view. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily. They provided bath bags and replenished room supplies promptly. Service: Timely and thoughtful, with instant replies to messages.

The hotel is not in the scenic area, so it's pretty quiet. Parking and charging are also convenient. The private shuttle service to the core scenic spot of the ancient city, Nanhua Bridge, is unlimited for one-way trips. The driver was really nice and drove us every day. However, there's a big hill leading up to the hotel, and walking back one night was quite a climb. Adding an extra breakfast for ten yuan is also great value for money.

This hotel on Fenghuang Ancient Town mountain offered an amazing experience! The misty mountain air was so fresh and humid, making me feel incredibly relaxed. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The huge bathtub was a dream for a relaxing soak. The balcony views of the mountains are enchanting. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Best of all, it's far from the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a tranquil and quiet atmosphere – the vibe was just perfect. It was a truly comfortable and perfect stay. Our whole family traveled together, booking three standard rooms and one king room. Both the adults and children were very satisfied, and the hot springs were wonderfully relaxing. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all highly professional and enthusiastic, always promptly addressing any requests. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit! ❤️❤️❤️

Came here based on reviews and was not disappointed. The rooms are newly renovated and there are many hot spring pools. The hotel is very close to the scenic area; we bought tickets at Xiaotiantai to go to Wuzhifeng, and the scenery was beautiful. It's a bit of a shame we missed the rime.

This saved me so much time and hassle, making my trip to Tianmen Mountain totally stress-free. Surrounding the homestay, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and local shops, so finding a delicious meal or grabbing a snack is super convenient. And for a peaceful evening stroll, the Lishui River Light Belt is just a short walk away—perfect for enjoying the cool evening breeze and the beautiful city lights. 🍳 Breakfast: A Delicious Wake-Up Call The breakfast here was a highlight of my stay! It’s incredibly abundant, with a mix of local specialties and Western options. I loved the fresh local noodles, fluffy pastries, seasonal fruits, and rich homemade soybean milk. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care—such a lovely way to start each day. 🤵 Service: Warm & Thoughtful The host and staff were incredibly warm and attentive. They provided great tips for exploring Tianmen Mountain and the surrounding area, and were always quick to respond to any questions. The service felt personal and genuine, like staying with friends rather than just a hotel. ✨ Final Thoughts Miro Designer Homestay offers the perfect combination of stylish design, unbeatable location, delicious food, and exceptional service. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this is the best choice in Zhangjiajie. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to everyone I know visiting Zhangjiajie!

The room was spacious enough and well-laid out, with a decor style I really liked. The amenities, like slippers, felt high-quality. Transfers were quick and efficient, and the front desk was very responsive. They even proactively contacted us to help book tickets, which was a huge relief. And the view from the window was truly beautiful! The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection, but that's understandable given the price. The stream outside the restaurant was stunning, with lots of little fish swimming around. Dehang Miao Village was the most beautiful place on our whole trip to Xiangxi, and it wasn't overly commercialized. The weather was perfect the day we visited. After taking the sightseeing bus to Liusha Waterfall, the hike along the stream was particularly memorable. The kids could play in the water, and it wasn't a strenuous walk at all – very enjoyable. During Chinese New Year, there were also various games and activities in the Miao Village that the kids loved. All in all, great hotel, amazing scenery, and fantastic weather – we'll definitely be back!

A very satisfying stay! The homestay is well-designed and has a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The room is spacious and bright, with all the amenities, especially the high-quality bathroom and bedding. I had a great night's sleep. The view from the window was beautiful, and I felt refreshed in the morning. The owner was attentive and accommodating. The balcony was a bonus; the view was amazing and perfect for relaxing. It was a wonderful stay and I didn't want to leave!

The hotel’s location is great since it is near the scenic area, very near the bridge. The view from the room was great. The manager offers pick up and drop off from the railway station which was great. He also helps with carrying the luggages and very responsive to we chat. He also informs about the shows available around the area. The breakfast was ok, coffee, noodles and an egg. But honestly, really need improvement with the cleanliness and the maintenance of the amenities. The shower curtains has molds, the bath towels were old. I’ll post some of the pictures. They take pictures of you as well because the door lock of the room is through face detector.
