The food is also superb, offering a satisfying feast of Ise lobster, wagyu beef, and giant abalone. The ryokan also boasts public hot springs, a bowling alley, karaoke, and an arcade. Next time, I'll definitely stay for at least two extra nights!"

"I use this hotel every time I have a drinking party. It's always clean and the staff are very efficient. The room number isn't written on the card key, which feels secure. In the mornings, I make use of the late check-out. The bed in the room is large and very comfortable. Doing my makeup in the morning is also super easy because there's a mirror on the wall by the desk. I'll definitely be using this hotel again."

"The hotel is located on a mountain with beautiful scenery. However, the facilities are spread out across different areas of the mountain. In particular, the restaurants are mostly located downhill, and guests need to walk long distances using stairs or escalators. This layout is not very suitable for elderly guests or families with young children. The male staff member who handled our check-in was clearly unprofessional. He was unable to answer basic questions or properly introduce the hotel facilities. Our booking included both breakfast and dinner, but when we asked which restaurant we should go to for meals, he simply told us to make a reservation online. When we explained that we were unable to do so and asked for his assistance, it turned out that he did not know how to use the system himself. He also did not seek help from his colleagues, resulting in a long delay. Eventually, he told us that only one restaurant accepted walk-in guests. After making our way down to that restaurant, the staff there informed us that dinner was not included at that location. Fortunately, the restaurant staff helped us by making a phone call and discovered that the hotel had already arranged our dinner reservation at a specific restaurant in advance. This made us question whether the check-in staff had provided incorrect or careless information. The breakfast arrangements were also very disappointing. The breakfast menu listed around ten options, but almost all of the Japanese-style breakfast slots were already fully booked. We had checked in at around 5:00 p.m., which made this situation even more unreasonable. Afterward, we noticed similar complaints in other reviews regarding the hotel’s poor dining arrangements. The bathing area was visually appealing, but the amenities were very limited. There was no water dispenser, facial cleansing products, or skincare items provided—only a hair dryer. In summary, the hotel’s hardware and design are quite good and tasteful, but the service quality and overall management are extremely poor."

"The stay included theme park tickets, but rides required an additional fee. Our room overlooked the park and had excellent soundproofing. Service and cleanliness were very satisfactory. We enjoyed the theme park by day, a buffet dinner in the evening, and then a relaxing hot spring bath – it made for a very comfortable holiday."

"I chose this hotel because the room rates were reasonable, it's close to the station, has a public bath, and includes a breakfast plan. The room was clean, and since I stayed for multiple nights, I only requested a change of towels and bath towels. The staff's greetings, polite language, and kind attitude made for a very pleasant stay. The amenities were plentiful, and I appreciated the complimentary ice pops and coffee. Although the bath wasn't natural hot springs, it was clean, and after bathing, my body didn't get cold, and my fatigue was relieved. I also used the self-service laundry as I had more stays elsewhere, and it was very clean and excellent. The Ise udon for breakfast was delicious, prepared proactively by the staff. I definitely want to come back here again for my next visit to Ise."

"New hotel! Nice staff with fast self check in process. Car parking offered with few thousand Yen per day (you have to request the security guard to take the car out from garage). Room a bit small but still sufficient for us (a family with 2 adult and 1 kid). Free noodle 🍜 offered at around 9pm, you may enjoy it after a hot spring bath."

"The ocean-view room overlooking Toba Bay was absolutely stunning, and definitely the highlight of our stay. The panoramic sea views and nightscapes from the window were incredibly expansive, and the room itself was very spacious. The hotel's interior design is a tasteful blend of Japanese and modern aesthetics, with a lounge featuring rattan chairs and common areas with herringbone floors that just invite you to relax. This hotel comes highly recommended for its views and comfortable atmosphere. It was the perfect way to cap off our trip to Ise-Shima."

"The food was very delicious. Arrived after noon on the first day. Take the hotel transfer bus to the hotel. It was time I couldn't check in, so I left my luggage and took the ropeway to Mt. Gozaisho. We enjoyed a very nice mountain view. Check in after a short walk around the hotel. Slowly soak in the hot spring and eat. It was very delicious. The next day was unfortunate weather, but I was really relaxed."

"This hotel is a renovated Japanese traditional house. The entire house has three guest rooms and a restaurant. It offered a very unique stay experience. The staff spoke fluent English, and there was a hospital nearby with parking available (cash is given by the staff). The only drawback was that the blackout curtains on the second floor of my room weren't very effective. Overall, it was a very good experience."
