RRRainstarI stayed during cherry blossom season, and it was super convenient to walk to Jeonnong-ro. If you're heading to the duty-free shop in the new city, it's just a five-minute walk to the bus stop. The road in front of the hotel wasn't congested either, making public transport and taxis easily accessible. Everything was great, except for getting to the old city beach area, which was a bit inconvenient (we opted for a taxi).

A great hotel for a vacation! The room was spacious, and the balcony offered a nice view. The hot spring water truly had mineral deposits, leaving my skin smooth and comfortable after a soak. The front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese-speaking butler who showed us to our room and explained the facilities in detail. Due to the underfloor heating and air conditioning, the room was quite dry in winter, but the front desk promptly responded when we requested a humidifier and bottled water. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant's view was breathtaking. The nearby Podo Museum is worth a visit. It was also easy to get a taxi to Seogwipo; an Uber arrived in about 5 minutes. If I come to Jeju Island again, I would definitely consider staying here, and I'm grateful to all the hotel staff for the excellent experience.

Guest UserQuiet place with good restaurant and a small convenience store. Rooms are very nice. Outdoor jacuzzis were filthy. You have to wear a swimming cap to use the pool, even if you’re bald and have a beard (they’re very strict about that, like in most Korean hotels). This will never make sense to me. Hot springs are gender separated. Also important to know if you’re not from Asia: there is no „fun swimming“ culture. No running, jumping and splashing around. You wear a swimming cap and goggles and you swim laps. That’s it. If you’re from the western hemisphere and travel with your kids, this is new!

Overall, the trip was good. The location was relatively close to bus stations and there are quite a few restaurants around. Unfortunately the gym and sauna room close at 8:20. We thought this was a little early.

Guest UserIt was decent. The first two nights I stayed at Panas, and the room was really small. The room here, on the other hand, was much bigger. Maybe because I had a child with me, they even upgraded us to a suite for free! The suite had a bed for the little one, and breakfast and brunch for the child weren't charged extra; they were all complimentary. That was a really nice touch, and these two meals were included in the room rate. In other countries, check-out is often by 11 AM, but here you can still have brunch after checking out, which means you don't have to be bored waiting for a late-night flight at the hotel. Oh, and don't expect too much from the hotel's breakfast and brunch; they were just so-so. For brunch, there were a lot of raw foods like king crab, scallops, abalone, and salmon that I'm not used to eating. The staff were all very good; they'd greet us whenever we saw them. We could communicate using Apple's built-in translation app, and everyone was quite enthusiastic. The complimentary snacks and cookies, though, were delicious.
