"This place has rapidly deteriorated into motel status. This property is not worthy of the Marriott name. But this seems to be the norm at most Marriott properties these days. I am a Platinum Member of Bonvoy Marriott and travel quite a bit. I've been loyal to Marriott, but the more I travel, the more I'm noticing the deteriorating service level, cleanliness, maintenance, and just overall experience at all Marriott properties. From 5 star properties to 2 star properties, they all have issues. Please see the images and ask yourself if this is in any way acceptable. All of the images were taken upon entering the room. In addition, the heat was malfunctioning, and my stay was during polar vortex temperatures. The staff had no solutions. They all seemed lost. They moved me to a different room, but that room also had malfunctioning heat. It's a shame what Marriott has become."

"Just like every other hotel, they jacked up the room prices because of events going on in town. The price was ridiculous. There is nothing special about the hotel. We usually stay there because of a discount that we get through my job, but they didn't honor that either."
