"Αυτό είναι ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο σε μια μεγάλη τοποθεσία. Όμορφα γήπεδα, καταπληκτικές θέατες και μια μεγάλη επιλογή στο πρωινό. Επίσης, όλοι οι υπάλληλοι που συναντήθηκα ήταν πολύ καλοδεχούμενοι και φιλικοί. Ωστόσο, δεν είμαι σίγουρος αν θα μείνω εδώ ξανά με βάση το δωμάτιο που μας δόθηκε. Ήταν εξαιρετικά σκοτεινό και γεμάτο με ένα πλήρως κλειστό τείχος «μπαλκόνι», χωρίς θέα. Δεν μπορούσα να περιμένω να βγω από το δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα!! Επίσης, το δωμάτιο μας είχε κλείσει για δύο ενήλικες και ένα παιδί, και υπήρχε μόνο ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, ένα επιπλέον κρεβάτι παραδόθηκε κατόπιν αιτήματος και πιάστηκε, αφήνοντας πολύ λίγο χώρο για να μετακινηθεί. Είμαι σίγουρος ότι υπάρχουν κάποια αξιοθαύμαστα δωμάτια σ' αυτό το όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, το δικό μας δεν ήταν ένα από αυτά!"

"Been there many times. Allways been good but something happened this time Asked for top floor and we got that but in a building that was being renewaited. Not one flad but almost the whole building. Asked too be moved and was moved last two days and that was ok.the reception from that time did help and did as good as he could. We where thinking , that we where not going too come back but because of him we might. The one that that booked us in was not ok she should have told us about the complex and even offer us another in the beginng. Never find us in the system even if we have been coming there for many years and usely 4-5 times a year. So for first rime in years the score is not 10 its 5."

"Breakfast was really nice. Every night they have live music. Swimming pool was good. Room can be a bit bigger and all the rooms except our room have a good view. In general I like the hotel."

"The location is fantastic; the hotel has a path leading to the beach. You don't necessarily need a sea-view room; most rooms offer partial sea views. It's also very close to the hotel, with free shuttle buses to most tourist attractions. The breakfast is excellent, with small changes daily, based on an English breakfast. The hotel bar has different live performances every night. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm on the island."

Hotel Riu Arecas - Adults Only

"The hotel was nice, but Ctrip went too far. I booked a room for over $300 USD and was assigned the worst room type. The balcony opened onto a large terrace (with the restaurant's roof remaining), so even though the hotel is very close to the beach, the second-floor balcony offered absolutely no view of the sea; you could only see a sliver of water in the distance. The hotel claimed that Ctrip offered a very low price, hence the room type, but Ctrip actually charged such a high price."
