The Hotel and Complex were pleasant, the grounds well kept with trees, fountains and hedges plenty of greenery. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety but on one occasion I noticed that the Chef tried the milk and then removed it!!! I had just eaten my cereal on which I had poured the milk, so was concerned that it might have caused an issue!! Although comfortable both our room and the Hotel could use a little freshening up, splash of paint. But as we just had the B&B option we were out most of the time Two pools both well kept and with plenty of room around for relaxing and a bar for food and drinks. All in all a good time.

The staff was very polite and welcoming. Rooms were clean. There was a problem with the WiFi and they changed me to a different room with better WiFi. The internet speed of WiFi was not very great but it was okay. The intercom was not working in both the rooms I stayed in. The location of the hotel is good. It is close to the beach (just at a walking distance). For the taxi driver, it was hard to find the hotel. The prices of the food in restaurant were reasonable. But they took a lot of time to prepare.

The hotel inside is better, the room decoration is newer, the apartment next to it is too noisy, the roadside is near the road, the sound insulation is poor, and the price is very expensive, there is no sea. Just sauce.

All the staff were very helpful, with a smile and not too intrusive. Restaurant was good and breakfast setting was lovely. Easy access by taxi to some really top class restaurants within 15 minutes if you want a change of scenery and menu. Golf courses were fun and in good condition. However, relaxing around the pool afterwards and enjoying sundowners lying around it was always highlight of the day. As a golf destination hotel could not be faulted.

The hotel is so beautiful...(the location, decoration.. ) Sorry that the employees are so unpleasant when they ask for information, especially those of the reception. The night of 1 December we were present at the accueil pour l'enregistrement, l'accueil était si médiocre !!! Limit on les dérange de notre présence.. ( premier choc...). We have paid all inclusive... arrived in the room, the freezer.. and above all no water in the room !!! (2 eme choc) On telephone a l'accueil , we answer that it was necessary to pay the option at no anything to be able to enjoy the drinks. We will still ask for water a l'accueil because I have to take medicines and the (3e shock) we just give a small bottle of 33 cl (equivalent to 1 glass d'eau) for two people. (always well on with a look ＜ punish you're fucking ＞). As regards the household of the rooms : The hotel is very clean and very clean and very clean. The main bathroom and toilet, many screws on the walls and the floor should be aspired before being washed because a lot of dirt and hair on the edges. We booked a room in five days, everything was good, the staff were all good, especially the cleaners, they were more than great. We leave everything in the room as it is, so we felt very safe and calm. Thank you to the group. One thing I did not like is the swimming pool. Do not take care of it too much. The chairs are always dirty. The tables are also. Please pay attention to the pool and its cleanliness.

Avoid! Booked this hotel for a mother/daughter holiday to celebrate my daughters 18th and my 51st. On arrival we were told we were being upgraded & thought this was wonderful (even though we thought this a bit odd as the French couple before us were told the hotel was fully booked & they couldn’t upgrade)…only to find the next day we had been placed above construction works! When I complained at reception, they told me there were no works…until I played them the recording from my room! They later admitted the kitchens were being upgraded. I asked to move hotels as this could be heard throughout. I was told to speak to the rep the next day who had 10 other hotels we could move to. The rep did not show…all day! The music around the pool was turned right up to hide the noise…not relaxing at all! The internet cuts in and out, again we were told this was temporary. It was not. I have complained to Love Holidays. The hotel has denied any construction work saying it was a two hour water leak fix. Another fairytale! I have recordings over the two days and a photo of the construction works. The reception staff are rude & deny any failures! The hotel is in need of maintenance. Carpets are filthy & paint peeling from walls. Food could be improved also. We could have overlooked this…but not the loud drilling & constant hammering noise on our walls!

Just returned from a week at this great little apartment hotel.Excellent value for money. Good quiet location yet easy walking distance from the superb beach and centre of bars and restaurants and shops.Very clean. Excellent service from all the efficient friendly staff especially Youssef and Abdul.Nothing is too much trouble. The buffet breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice and I am very hard to please. The rooms are large and comfortable with facilities to cater for yourself if you wish to.Balconies are large and overlook the swimming pool and ocean.The swimming pool Is excellent and plenty of fresh towels available I hope in the future they will consider having a bar and restaurant for dinner and offer money exchange.Thank you for a very enjoyable week at your hotel in Agadir
