Amazing experience from start to finish…one day remaining. Mr. Mehmet Sena Karakas at the reception is phenomenal! Mr. Karakas customer service was the best we have experienced in almost 20 years. His attention to detail and guidance was top notch. He was like this to every customer as we observed everytime we were around and about. Even helped us with a top quality local Veterinarian for our dog during a mini emergency. You can’t beat that service. Yunus from the restaurant during breakfast was always nice, very humbled and courteous. The entire Hilton Team here was exceptional and we look forward to coming back in Mersin. We highly recommend this Hilton, this one. Thank you again for the best experience we needed.

We are driving by car and we are not going out. Looking down from the window, there should be a hotel next to the hotel. Shopping in a big supermarket

We found this hotel in Mersin, where I was first gone, in a hurry. Firstly, it is in a bad location. When you asked the shop around you could answer ”the rooms are not a dress”. When we went to the hotel, the room left for us wasn't cleaned yet they took us to another room and perhaps one room for one person, then one room was available. inside. The clothes' phone flows without any break, what they put on is shampanya, your hair is cloudy, the box's cover is not closed, etc... We said we would leave them all aside and have a nice breakfast when it's morning, but what is possible . Absolutely disappointment. The cooking in the buffet was cold, very little, something we could eat in that small buffet but impossible was also cleaning tables. If you were to work, you might prefer this place alone than Mersin, but with your family, I say don't stay here with your wife.

Two friends stayed in your hotel for a week. All was very nice. We spent great time with the sincerity and sincerity of the staff who worked in the room cleaning position. How it was: I connected with your hotel there to be sure that it has non-smoking rooms with beautiful view. It was a gift for my wife’s birthday. They said that there is no problem with that. At the check-in date I reminded about my wishes, paid for two rooms and got on there. The rooms were for smoking persons; the furniture was dirty. I went down to reception immediately and asked my money back. They said that’s impossible due to me paid with the credit card and only call-center can help me. I called them and they said that I need to wait the answer from the head office. I was waiting for 3 hours, called them back but nobody answered. And I suppose my phone number is still blocked for them. I tried to resolve my problem using e-mail, but they answered me only once, requested some information about payment, I gave all the documents they wanted. After that, they stopped to answer me too. It’s because they have to give my money back but they don’t want to. As I wrote before it was absolutely disgusting and dirty staying there and didn't get my money back at the same moment. I wrote you to help me resolve my problem and I'm still waiting for you answer like a fool. I was pretty sure that an organization like yours doesn't treat like this their clients. In fact, you keep me waiting for more than 5 months, it's unacceptable. I want you to connect me with the CEO because I want my money back. 4 300 turkish lira. You have my dates; I want you to connect with me as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to make my case public.

We stayed in this hotel for 10 days. Plus: a spacious room with a cleverly accommodated air conditioning, a spacious shower, excellent hot water in it. A nice design of the room, a mini refrigerator and teapot. Comfortable beds, although the sold mattresses are found. Good Turkish breakfast. Staff quickly solves all issues. The two-bedroom room cost us 500 lira a day. From nearby hotels the best price/quality ratio. Defects: Located near the port in the dirty quarter, around the poor Arab neighborhoods. To the center is far on foot. There is no coffee on breakfast. Near the taxi parking lot, a bunch of cars with sleeping drivers. I estimate the price and quality ratio.

We found this hotel in Mersin, where I was first gone, in a hurry. Firstly, it is in a bad location. When you asked the shop around you could answer ”the rooms are not a dress”. When we went to the hotel, the room left for us wasn't cleaned yet they took us to another room and perhaps one room for one person, then one room was available. inside. The clothes' phone flows without any break, what they put on is shampanya, your hair is cloudy, the box's cover is not closed, etc... We said we would leave them all aside and have a nice breakfast when it's morning, but what is possible . Absolutely disappointment. The cooking in the buffet was cold, very little, something we could eat in that small buffet but impossible was also cleaning tables. If you were to work, you might prefer this place alone than Mersin, but with your family, I say don't stay here with your wife.

The bedroom was very well designed, Bed & pillows extremely comfortable. It was great to have a duvet that was actually bigger than the bed. Shower was brilliant & great to have a hairdryer that was not attached to the wall, making it easier to style your hair. ALL staff were very helpful, polite & friendly. hope exam went well!). Food could have been a little hotter at times, but other than that it was plentiful and of good quality. All drinks were also of good quality & again a good selection of local & imports. We had a wonderful time. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks VM RESORT MERSIN

Best hotel in the town with reasonable price, i spent 2 days there it was just perfect. The location of the hotel can not be better , in the city center where every thing is accessible.
