"As soon as my boy and I entered this B&B we were fascinated: iconic style, holiday... minor!! Every corner is aware of the details: from the small space to the outside, to the pads of the rooms, to the lounge pads, everything is thought to make the guests feel cocktailed. Breakfast is a moment. He was prepared for the moment with love and had well-planted local products. but the true surprise was Carole: a special person from the golden heart that made our stay really unforgettable. every day he welcomed us with a smile and kind words, showing itself always available. He also helped us organize our route to the island, providing us valuable advice. Also, we were provided plantable ombrells and snorkelling masks with So much mouth directly at the structure... a gesture that made our days at sea even more pleasant!! We have never seen to experience such a positive experience during a stay, especially from an emotional point of view. This holiday will remain in our hearts forever and we will remember it with great affection!!"

"This is our second visit to this hotel, room was nice and kept clean by the hardworking housekeeping staff, some people have complained about the size of the rooms, I'm not sure why there is a large wardrobe area, big double bed , side tables, two arm chairs and a table as well as a balcony with table and chairs. Pool area is nice and plenty of free sunbeds, there was some sunbed saving going on amongst some nationalities. Be aware there is entertainment laid on daily at the pool, if its not your scene bring earplugs or go to the beach. We only booked bed and breakfast so I can only comment on breakfast, sadly it was the only shadow on the stay, poorly cooked , usually cold and easier to get a sunbed than a fried egg, we ended up eating out for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful but obviously overwhelmed, certainly at breakfast, were I helped clear the tables a couple of times so we could sit. Positives, good location, nice pool, nice room, free air-conditioning, nice shower, nice view , clean, friendly staff , close to beach, free beach towels, free wifi, fridge"

"Nice place to stay. Good restaurant, jacaranda. Servicelevel dropped during our 4-night stay. A formal complaint to the hotel's manager was not answered at all and upon check-out she totally ignored us. I am not sure it was worth the 7K in total expenses. After Torrelbenc, we went to Mallorca and finally came back to Menorca at Gran Faustino Hotel in Ciutadella. Definitely, the latter has a much better service level."

"A very pleasant stay at the HG Jardin de Minorca in April 2025. The room was spacious, the balcony pleasant with a beautiful view. The only downside was the king-size bed, which was actually two beds pushed together, and the dampness in the bathroom, which lacked a mechanical ventilation system. The kitchenette was small and provided the bare minimum for those who wanted to cook for themselves. The food was good, with plenty of choice, both at breakfast and dinner, including a grilled fish dish every evening. The swimming pool, with its three pools, is magnificent and very well maintained but not heated. All the rooms, restaurant, bar, terrace, and outdoor areas were very clean and pleasant. A highly recommended establishment."

"Royal Son Bou from the start stressed the kids are their focus which is apparent from how the facilities are planned. Ample of entrances and moving around is accessible for push chairs. There is a dedicated kids pool and easy access to Son Bou beach which is very clear with fine white sand. Every staff from reception/ kitchen/ cleaning staff are all so welcoming, we feel valued throughout our stay. Food in the restaurants is also good considering that it is all inclusive-the quality is there. The thing that stands out is Kikoland which is their main childcare hub which caters from 0-2 up to teens. Our kids had fun from plethora of activities that they provide and daily excursions that we joined throughout our trip. Kikoland staff are all amazing they put amazing value to the experience and they cannot be thanked enough. We look forward to seeing the resort next year."

"Beautiful setting in the Menorcan countryside. Pool and room were clean, stylish and had all the amenities. Ours did appear to have a slight ant issue and the access road to the hotel needs some serious work. Watch your tires. The food was truly delicious, although the staff forgot my husband’s breakfast order twice. We were only there for three mornings.. staff weren’t one for apologies either. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The views from the cliff at sunset are truly spectacular."

"Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μια όμορφη εκδήλωση μιας γεωργικής διαμονής. Τα πάτωμα είναι εκπληκτικά και η υπηρεσία είναι υπερήφανη. Το δωμάτιο 12 είναι ευρύχωρο με ιδιωτικά σαλόνια έξω. Τα κρεβάτια είναι άνετα, το μίνι ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο και πολλά χώρο. Το μπάνιο είναι στο πόδι του κρεβατιού, όπως και με ποιον κοιμάσαι! (Υπάρχει ιδιωτικό ντους.) Το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο Ολιβιέ είναι νόστιμο. Χρειάζεσαι ένα αυτοκίνητο ή υπομονή, καθώς ταξί παίρνει περίπου 15 λεπτά για να φτάσεις. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μόνο 6 λεπτά με ταξί για το Allior και περίπου 15-20 min για το Mahón"

"Hotel is huge compared to my usual holiday. Emailed hotel prior to visit for a quiet room. Yes it was away from neighbours but the entertainment of an evening made it unpleasant. I asked for an another room but reception advised I did have a quiet area! Other guest I met were on the other side of hotel and did not hear the entertainment!! Couldn’t be bothered to press the issue just wanted a stress free break. Food never hot, not enough vegetarian options. The restaurant itself is so noisy and children running round unsupervised.The smaller pool was never open until 11am. Average sunloungers and not many parasols. Music in quiet area was dull and monotonous. Met some nice people and was a nice break but would not return"
