"2 stays ago had to wait in the lobby for an hour after check in(3p) since the room wasn’t cleaned yet. This time, wasn’t allowed to switch rooms since I booked online. It was Sunday afternoon and there was hardly a guest in the whole damn place. The breakfast was dismal,, and the hot tub wasn’t working—again!  I realize the online rate was $60/nite and we live in a get-what-you-pay-for culture, but come on. This is AmericInn, not Motel 6. So next time if I have to pay more, I’ll pay more…somewhere else."

"The worst place I have ever stayed. Do not go here! Stains on the towels, no hand soap (but there is mouthwash, go figure!), broken air conditioner, smells like smoke and other indistinguishable nasty smells. Long term residents throughout the building, smoking is allowed on 3rd floor. The first room they gave us had koolaid or some red juice spilled in the floor inside the door so they gave us the room with the broken air conditioner and the dog prints and dog hair on the spread and hair on the sheets. It is a disgusting place with unsavory characters hanging around."

"It wasn't the room I booked it for and never was brought clean towels and when I tried talking to the employees about the wrong room and and clean towels nothing was even tried to be made right my anniversary group was completely destroyed and ruined because of this place it broke my heart broke my husband's heart and we are so disappointed I highly suggest that you check out another place before you come here and I highly suggest that you understand to even the employees here are rude and they have no customer service skills nor do they even want to try another place book another place don't try to get that Jacuzzi room cuz it's a lie it's all a lie and I am so so sad my anniversary was freaking ruined! 😭😞😭😞😭😞😭😞"

"Being a Motel 6, it's difficult to lodge a complaint when it's the age old: "You get what you pay for." And in this instance, I certainly did. The shower room had wall chippings all over the tub, yet there was still a nice little towel and shampoo set laid out on the side. I had to wonder.... was this set out before they drilled into the wall, or after? Because either way it wasn't cleaned up. I've stayed in motels like this before, and obviously if you're on the road, you stop when you need to. Yet, this had to have been one of the worst I've seen. None of the lights were even plugged in and I had to drag the bed out to access the outlet."
