"This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in, and it's a Hilton hotel. The indoor central air-conditioning temperature is 27 degrees, and only last night did it reach 25.5 degrees. The service points are given to the restaurant. There is a swimming pool that is okay, but the rest is not worth mentioning."

"This stay in Suzhou was perfect! The service at Lijing Yueju Hotel is simply impeccable. From the warm reception of the staff at the front desk when I checked in to the thoughtful care during my stay, I felt the warmth of home. The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm, the bedding is comfortable, and the sleep is wonderful. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the toiletries were of good quality. The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, including local specialties as well as a variety of regular breakfasts to satisfy the tastes of different people. The dining environment is spacious and bright, and the staff cleans the table in a timely manner. Moreover, it is very convenient to eat, shop and travel around the hotel. This accommodation experience is really great. I will choose this place next time I come to Suzhou!"

"When I took my parents on a short trip, I chose Atour Hotel. I felt the meticulous service from check-in to check-out, especially the surprise arrangement of free upgrade to family room, which made this trip particularly warm. You can park downstairs at the entrance of the hotel, but the car is very dirty under the banyan tree after the rain. The breakfast is very good, and my parents live very comfortably!"

"Our family booked this hotel all of sudden due to we accidentally booked the train to the wrong city. The hotel is really beyond our expectation. The hotel is very new, great facility and very friendly and helpful staffs especially Miss Cici, who has made us a really pleasant stay with her great service mind. The room is spacious, breakfast is variety and great taste. Welcome fruit&flower and nice souvenir at the checkout are impressive. The lobby has very nice waiting area. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who come to this city."

"I stayed another night and have to complain about the hotel company again, regardless of the staff's work quality. Every time I entered the room and inserted my card to turn on the power, the TV would start playing the hotel company's advertisements. The remote control couldn't turn it off, and the power couldn't be cut off; I could only patiently wait for the entire advertisement to finish before it would quiet down. This happened every time I entered the room, which was incredibly annoying! I want to commend the front desk staff again; they were very welcoming, polite, and provided excellent and attentive service."
