"Το δωμάτιο που κράτησα και πληρώθηκα ήταν μια σουίτα του Executive King. Όταν ήρθα και check in, αυτό που πήρα ήταν ένα τυπικό δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν ήταν χρήσιμο να λύσουμε την ανησυχία μου παρά το γεγονός ότι επιβεβαίωσα στο check in ότι κράτησα τον Executive King. Trip.com, όπου αυτό είχε κλείσει, έχει προσφερθεί μόνο για να παράσχει κέρματα ταξιδιού, ή επιστροφή αν τους EMAIL πληροφορίες τραπεζικής ή πιστωτικής κάρτας. "The front desk staff were very friendly. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. It's basically in the town center, very close to Target and CVS, which made shopping convenient. It's also very near the central campus of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. When I was there, I even caught their music festival, and all the locals came out to participate, creating a lively atmosphere. Overall, I had a great impression."

"Our power went out for five days and we needed a place to stay and cool down. I thought that I knew where the Residence Inn was, but they must have moved to a new facility. It is beautiful! This location is perfect because it is super close to everything, yet not up against a highway. Our one bedroom suite was bright, modern, and immaculate. Just don't plop down on the couch or chairs because they are the firmest "cushions" I've ever encountered. The bed, however, was very comfortable and the shower is amazing. We spent hours in the pool area. It's a sunny space with a good size swimming pool. The water was the perfect temperature, even for me (my kids will swim in anything). There is a plunge pool that looks like a free standing hot tub, but don't be fooled! It's nearly ice cold (on purpose)! We also enjoyed the adjacent outdoor courtyard. The real credit for our stay goes to the manager. I regret not having caught his name because he went above and beyond to ease our stress of losing power at our home. His kindness has made me brand loyal moving forward. If we ever need a place to stay with more features than a basic hotel, I won't even Google the options. The Residence Inn (especially this one) is now my go-to."

"The room is not well lited even i turn on all the lights in the room. There is no electric kettle for reboiling tap water. Not very suitable for people not used to drink cold tap water. Only 2 bottled water provided by the hotel no matter hiw long u stay. The staff didnt refill the bottled water. The location is quite far away from the center, u need take a bus for 30 minutes or walk by 1 hour. Also not of a good value for a hotel charge you nearly 150 usd per night"
