The environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!

Erdaobaihe is a really sweet, cozy little town. Although it’s not located in the main town area, it is just opposite the beautiful pine forest, which makes the surroundings very peaceful. There are free buses available to travel within the town, which is very convenient. However, as we can’t read Chinese, we mostly relied on Didi instead. Getting a Didi can be a bit challenging due to the limited number of drivers, but as long as you’re willing to wait 5–15 minutes, you should be able to get one. The people in the town are very warm and welcoming. We visited Enduli, and it was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable. The morning view from our room was magical. The room itself was spacious, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet with a heated seat, which was a nice touch. There was a small issue where we found a strand of hair on the bed when we opened the bedsheet. We didn’t make a fuss as I had my own disposable bedsheet prepared. Despite this minor incident, the overall stay was wonderful. What really made this place special was Aunty Wu. She was always there for us and even woke up at 6am just to bid us goodbye. When we were looking for laundry services, she kindly offered to wash our clothes in-house. With my OCD, I was especially touched that she even warmed my laundry bag for me - such a thoughtful gesture. Will definitely be back

The Crowne Plaza Changbai Mountain truly exceeded our expectations and was the most satisfying choice of our entire trip to Changbai Mountain. The hotel's location is superb, right next to the North Slope entrance of Changbai Mountain. It boasts an exclusive green channel to the scenic area, meaning no need to wake up early and queue in long lines. We could easily enter the park, saving a lot of time. The overall architecture is in a forest cabin style, surrounded by dense trees, creating a serene and quiet environment. The guest rooms are elegantly decorated with wooden furniture and landscape murals. The space is spacious and clean, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel also has its own natural forest hot springs. After a day of exploring, a soak there washed away all the fatigue from hiking. The staff were attentive and efficient. The breakfast offered a wide variety of exquisite and delicious dishes. Choosing this hotel for your trip to Changbai Mountain is definitely the right decision. The experience was fantastic, and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Arriving in Erdaobaihe by car, I checked into this hotel and the front desk service immediately earned a perfect score. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, the front desk remotely guided me to a parking spot, saving me from driving around unnecessarily. During check-in, the staff patiently explained local Korean ethnic cuisine recommendations and even helped us plan a mountain entry route that avoided backtracking. Due to the significant temperature difference between morning and evening, the front desk thoughtfully provided hot water. When I suddenly needed to print my mountain entry voucher, they printed it for me free of charge, demonstrating incredibly high efficiency. Communication was smooth throughout my stay, and the staff were always polite and accommodating, ready to help with anything. Their warm and reliable service made my trip to the scenic area completely stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel, largely thanks to the front desk's thoughtful and meticulous service.

This stay was a complete delight! I booked the Songjin Scenic King Room, and the 46-square-meter space felt incredibly bright and airy. The natural wood decor was warm and soothing, and the smart home system made everything super convenient. But the absolute best part was the view outside the window. Waking up and opening the curtains, I saw a large snowman with a red scarf standing in the courtyard, and window decals of 'Five Blessings to Your Door' on the glass. The pristine white snow, paired with the cozy, festive atmosphere of Chinese New Year, perfectly brought the beauty of winter to life. The room's comfort was exceptional. The plush bed and sofa allowed me to completely relax, and watching a movie on the projector at night melted all my fatigue away. Breakfast was also incredibly thoughtful. Served individually, the presentation was exquisite and hygienic. The soft corn pancakes, the warming millet porridge, and a bowl of hot noodle soup with a delicious broth – every bite was a comforting treat on a winter's day. From the quality details in the room to the thoughtful outdoor decorations and the comforting, homely breakfast, this place truly excelled in every aspect. If you're looking for a getaway here, this is definitely the place to choose!

I had a wonderful stay at Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel! The hotel is very affordable, making it a great option for budget travelers without compromising on comfort. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy. The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly hotel with excellent service, a convenient location, and a personal touch, I highly recommend Changbaishan Hailinyuan Fashion Hotel. The combination of affordability, hospitality, and convenience makes it an outstanding choice for anyone visiting the area.

The service provided by the hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Complimentary transportation was arranged from the railway station to the hotel, and guests are also provided transport to Changbai Mountain. An advantage is the hotel’s dedicated access lane which allowed us to reach the mountain much faster than regular visitors, although the return journey still requires queuing with everyone else. The rooms were comfortable and cozy, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job throughout our stay. The hotel is also partnered with a nearby hot spring facility, which was a perfect way to unwind after a day on the mountain. The hotspring can only be described as chakra alignment. We missed breakfast at 9 AM, but the staff kindly prepared an entire table of food for us despite our late arrival. That gesture alone left a lasting impression and showed how much they cared about their guests. Special thanks to Annie and the rest of the team for making our stay so memorable. Some caveats though: the hotel is located higher up the mountain, so dining options outside of the hotel restaurant are rather limited. There is also no self-service washing machine, which may be inconvenient for longer stays. Additionally, having WeChat is a must, as many of the hotel’s services and communications are handled through it.

The environment is great, with plenty of attractions nearby, making it super convenient! You can even watch the rime ice from your room every morning – it's truly beautiful and worth every penny! The owner arranged the entire itinerary perfectly for you, both reasonable and affordable!

Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

Here’This resort hotel was the most satisfying stay of our entire 8-day China trip across Harbin, Changbaishan, Xuexiang, and Yabuli. We stayed in a family residence unit, which allowed all of us to live together comfortably under one household. The resort is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our unit even included a mahjong table and a private hot spring, which made the stay very enjoyable. Although the price is not cheap, it is definitely worth the money. The butler service was excellent — the staff were attentive and always did their best to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended. I’m confident you will have a pleasant and memorable stay here.
