"During the summer, the hotel prices were quite high, but the facilities felt a bit outdated. The power outlets were old-fashioned, lacking USB ports, so you need to bring your own adapter. While it's a short walk to the Deer Park, other attractions are more conveniently reached by taxi. There's not much entertainment around the hotel, and calling a taxi can take a long time, which might mess up your plans."

Parking is convenient, and the place is quiet and comfortable. Μόνο ο οδηγός που έστειλε το ξενοδοχείο ήταν φρικτός (μια γυναίκα με αυτοκίνητο με αριθμό πινακίδας KN002). Οι τρόποι του οδηγού ήταν φρικτές. "This hotel is located right in the Enduli business district, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The service, in particular, was exceptional. From airport/station transfers and luggage handling to room service and dining, everything felt very thoughtful. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. Because our extended stay couldn't be accommodated, they even took us to our next hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Sun (姓孙), who provided incredibly meticulous service, and of course, all the other attentive staff members whose names I didn't catch. Highly recommend staying here!"

"I've stayed at many internationally renowned hotel chains like Intercontinental, Marriott, Hilton, and Accor, and for years, I've always been satisfied with their facilities and services. So, even though this was a newly opened hotel, I booked a 5-night stay based on my trust in the Sheraton brand. However, this experience makes it really hard for me to give a 5-star rating. The check-in process was quite frustrating. We arrived at the hotel a little after 10 AM, and the front desk staff said there were no rooms available for immediate check-in, which is normal and understandable. Because it was a very hot day, we went out for a while, but couldn't stand the heat, so we returned to the hotel lobby to wait. From 12 PM to after 2 PM, we watched as groups of other guests checked in, yet no one ever informed us if our room was ready. We asked the front desk twice, and each time, the reply was that the room hadn't been cleaned yet. It wasn't until we finally lost our patience and questioned the front desk, asking why guests who arrived after us had already checked in while we were still waiting, that the front desk surprisingly replied, 'There's nothing I can do, I'm just following procedures.' I don't know what 'procedures' they were referring to, but what do these so-called 'procedures' have to do with me, the guest checking in? Does the hotel have some special 'procedures' that must be followed for a 5-night stay? The critical point is that immediately after we raised our concerns, a room became available for us! The hotel's location is somewhat remote, with no lunch or dinner service available currently, and no restaurants nearby. You have to walk quite a distance to find a few scattered small restaurants that I wouldn't dare to eat at. To get to Meiren Song Park, it's a half-hour walk, definitely not 'right across the street' as other reviews claimed. Since it's a new hotel, the facilities are new and the room was relatively clean. However, on the day of check-in, I noticed that the sink drained very slowly. Upon inspection, I found a lot of hair under the drain stopper that hadn't been cleaned. Similarly, the shower drain was also very slow, but I didn't bother to check it again. The shower water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold. During our 5-day stay, on one of those days, the housekeeping service only emptied the trash and replaced towels, without even folding the duvet. The room ran out of toilet paper, and the staff was so stingy, only providing one roll. We had to call the front desk repeatedly for more every time it was almost used up. Imagine suddenly realizing you're out of toilet paper or don't have enough at an inconvenient time. What's commendable is the hotel's unlimited supply of bottled water, which is also standard at other Four Points by Sheraton hotels in different cities. This is the first time I've written such a long review. It's not to deliberately disparage the hotel, but rather to hope that the hotel can improve its details and services."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, just over 4 kilometers from the North Slope of Changbai Mountain. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The bedding is comfortable and soft. The service staff are incredibly enthusiastic and have a fantastic attitude! I especially appreciate their help in proactively purchasing and exchanging tickets for me! The breakfast is also quite good. For self-drivers, there are parking spaces, but there's room for improvement."
