"Had a fantastic stay! As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service maintained a high standard. The location is excellent, right opposite Wanda Plaza and next to Baima Lake Park, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also quite close to Changde's major attractions like Daxiaohe Street. Of course, if you're heading to the wildlife park, it's about a 50-minute drive. My child absolutely loved the family room; the giant panda plushie, tent, and baby walker kept her entertained all day. What truly impressed me was their breakfast buffet – the selection was quite extensive, and the rice noodles and mixed noodles were incredibly delicious, as were the wontons. I must also mention the hotel's exceptional service; check-in to check-out was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very enthusiastic, offering great tips on local attractions and dining, which really enhanced our overall experience."

The location is particularly good, very close to the high-speed rail station and train station, downstairs to eat, drink and play, travel, punch in Liuye Lake, go to the river street are very convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the lighting is transparent, the facilities are complete and clean, the overall stay experience is super comfortable, the price is very high, Traveling to Changde is highly recommended, come back here next time! "The hotel has a large parking lot, spacious rooms, good cleanliness, and comfortable shower water temperature. Breakfast and a washer-dryer are provided. The receptionist was very kind. Overall, everything was great. I booked a room at a special price, so it was good value. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, so the staff brought me a fan."

Open the window and you're greeted with a stunning lake view that blends with the sky. Every photo taken here looks like a民國 (Republic of China era) blockbuster – it's super photogenic! 📸 What truly impressed me was the meticulous attention to detail! Even the carpet on the second-floor staircase was neatly secured with metal strips, and the edges were perfectly finished. From the soft furnishings to the hardscaping, everything exuded sophistication. You can feel the immense care put into its upkeep, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay.~ Our balcony view room was absolutely stunning! Stepping out, you're on a massive balcony with direct lake views. Not only that, but we could clearly see the live performances from the second floor. Watching the show with the lake breeze in the evening – the ambiance was incredible, and it was such a delightful surprise! 🌊 For those with kids, the breakfast is a must-try! The variety of main dishes is super rich, with a choice of noodles, pastries, and more. The portions are generous and delicious, and the kids ate their fill, so we didn't have to worry about breakfast at all. ~ The hotel is generally child-friendly, with a quiet and safe environment. With its retro courtyard and beautiful lake scenery, it's perfect for family outings, holidays, or even just for taking photos. "The hotel is located in the Happy City Shopping Center and has convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and spacious and well equipped. "The hotel's location is great – it's not noisy, but still only about a 20-minute walk to attractions like Daxiaohe Street and the Poetry Wall, or a roughly 15-yuan taxi ride. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby. What really stood out was Manager Chen's professionalism; she helped us resolve an issue very promptly. Five stars across the board! I do have two suggestions regarding breakfast: 1. I recommend adding a lightbulb to the rice noodle station's prep area. It's too dark for the staff working there, which could be a safety hazard. 2. It would be beneficial to add another staff member to the breakfast area to work alongside the current attendant. One person could handle refilling and serving food, while the other focuses on cleaning. Otherwise, the current attendant is left juggling a cleaning cloth and serving at the same time."
