"The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly close proximity to the scenic spots – just a few minutes' walk away. The room size was a bit cramped, but I did like the simple and refreshing wooden decor. However, the soundproofing was really subpar. I could hear the front desk staff chatting all the way up in my third-floor room. While I'm sure the staff didn't intend for their conversations to be so loud, it was definitely disruptive to guests. The most unacceptable thing, though, was a staff member opening my room door and walking in without knocking. I never received a reasonable explanation from the hotel even when I checked out. Plus, the windows in the room were dusty, and there was hair left on the shower walls. For a price that's nearly four figures, I really felt it wasn't worth it."

"The owner was so thoughtful; they had already turned on the heating before our arrival, so it felt wonderful, cozy, and warm as soon as we walked in. We had a minor issue, but the owner resolved it on the same day. The room was clean and tidy. The bus station is right next door, and it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the scenic area entrance. There are also plenty of dining options within walking distance, making it very convenient."

"Traveling to Jiuzhaigou with my best friend, after looking at many hotels, we decided on Mushan Yingxue. We were really drawn in by the large scenic floor-to-ceiling windows and the stunning cliffs behind the hotel. The hotel's decor and layout are all very tasteful and subtly Chinese in style, with a fresh and thoughtful design concept. On the day we checked in, the hotel even thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits, and they offer a free shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou early in the morning. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this stay, highly recommended!"

"Facilities: As a newly opened hotel, all the facilities are state-of-the-art with smart room controls. There's both air conditioning and heating, so you can stay comfortably in summer or winter. The disposable amenities are also of good quality, and there's a branded self-service coffee machine in the lobby. Cleanliness: Very clean. In the morning, I saw the linens being delivered, all tightly sealed, which was reassuring. Environment: This is the best part! Both the exterior and interior show that the owner has a great sense of aesthetics. It has a French romantic, light luxury feel, with well-thought-out color schemes. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a nice view. Dining: I didn't have high expectations, as the price wasn't high and I just hoped for some simple congee. However, it exceeded my expectations! They had open-kitchen stations with local specialties, and both Chinese and Western options were available. There's something for everyone, whether old or young, male or female, or from different regions. Transportation: Just down the slope is a commercial street, making it super convenient for food and drinks. You can also order takeout with plenty of options. The hotel also provides transportation to scenic spots, which is very convenient. Compared to nearby branded hotels, the price is nearly half, and it's not inferior in any aspect – in fact, it's even more unique and offers better value for money."

"This time in Jiuzhaigou, I booked this B&B with a private hot spring in Zhangza Town, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with a cozy and comfortable off-white color scheme. The outdoor private hot spring pool was the highlight – soaking in the warm water under the stars at night created an incredibly atmospheric and photogenic scene. All the fatigue from a day of travel instantly melted away. The location is right at the entrance of the scenic area, making it very convenient to get there, and they offer free shuttle service. The breakfast was also delicious, with freshly cooked rice noodles and steamed dim sum, perfect for a hearty start to the day."

"1: On the day of check-in, the front desk service was decent. The new hotel's overall decor is grand and minimalist, with a large reception lobby and plenty of seating areas on the first floor. 2: It was still quite a good deal to upgrade my membership and then pay an additional 48 for a children's breakfast (I'm not sure if this is specific to this particular hotel or if all Quanji hotels are like this, as children usually ate for free at Quanji hotels where I stayed before, and I'm already a member). 3: The hotel and room facilities are relatively new and clean. The laundry room is excellent with new equipment; both washing and drying are smart, and there's complimentary bottled water available, though it tends to run out by nightfall. 4: I originally booked a family room, but it wasn't available, so I booked a twin room instead. The platform showed it could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, but the hotel only provided two sets of adult toothbrushes and slippers. When I went to the front desk to ask for two sets of children's toothbrushes and slippers, another front desk staff member surprisingly said, 'You mean you're staying with 4 people?' I didn't understand what she meant. She then claimed that the hotel rooms don't usually provide children's toothbrushes and slippers, but eventually gave them to me. I was speechless; this person clearly had an attitude problem, but I couldn't be bothered to argue with her, especially for an 800 yuan per night room, making it nearly 1600 yuan for two nights. 5: Let's talk about hygiene. I booked for two nights. After the first night, housekeeping only added adult slippers and toothbrushes during the second day's cleaning; still no children's ones. I was too lazy to complain and just used the old ones. The bedsheets were casually made, and the slippers were strewn about. And shockingly, the floor wasn't cleaned at all; there were even more small crumbs than when I left. The bath towels looked wrinkled, making me wonder if they were new. Obvious hair and paper scraps in the shower room weren't even touched. Very unprofessional, and clearly a lack of proper training. 6: Since it's in a scenic area, I went in with low expectations, but overall, the stay was still acceptable. If they pay attention to the hygiene details mentioned above, I believe it would be even better. I chose Quanji specifically because of its brand reputation, despite having many other hotels to choose from."

"The rooms were very comfortable, and the entire guesthouse had a beautiful design. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, helping my grandmother take photos and suggesting we take the kids to dig up potatoes from their own garden, as well as enjoy the hot spring bath. Both the children and the elderly were very satisfied. I actually preferred our time at the guesthouse more than the scenery at Bipenggou. I highly recommend staying for several days if you're looking for a vacation."
