Customer service couldn't answer immediately and said they would get back to me later. There were several issues in the room: many mosquitoes, and the floor drain in the balcony hot tub was broken. For a hot spring resort hotel, it was surprising that mosquito nets and bathtub liners were not provided. I had to call a total of four times to communicate these issues, which made for a poor experience.

The front desk upgraded my room, and I could enjoy the hot spring on the balcony while admiring Qixianling Mountain in the distance. The room was very spacious, and the balcony was also large. The surroundings were quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing vacation. The breakfast was quite rich, and on a not-too-hot day, you could eat breakfast on the outdoor terrace, breathing in the fresh air and looking at Qixianling Mountain. The outdoor hot spring was also great and very comfortable. It was really refreshing to soak in it after hiking. This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in the Baoting area so far.

I got up the next morning and had breakfast in the restaurant. The air was very good and I could see Qixianling. , rabbits, peacocks, and free-range chickens are not afraid of people. The children are very happy to see them. It felt like the Bird's Nest swimming pool was just like that, the water was too hot, but I had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. The soaking pool in the room is also very good. After taking a dip at night, take a dip again the next morning. It is very comfortable. Although the hotel is in the rain forest, there are not many mosquitoes, which is really rare! The attitude of the staff is also very enthusiastic. The experience is still very good!
