📍Wuzhen Scenic Area A highly recommended hotel! It's super convenient, just a 2-minute drive from the West Scenic Zone, and they offer a very thoughtful shuttle service. The dining is a major highlight; it's not your typical buffet. Instead, they prepare authentic local specialties tailored to your preferences. Then there's the ambiance and culture: the unique portrait of 'Zaki Lamu, the ******* Goddess of Wealth' is a must-take photo op! Many small items in the hotel, from the raw materials to the DIY designed furniture and ornaments, are personally selected and crafted by the owner. Plus, there's a really impressive sound system. The rocking horse is a big hit with the kids, and the treasure-filled 4th floor has an art studio that's quite an eye-opener. Each room has different furniture, and the beds are all made from antique boat wood, giving each room a unique style. Some small decorations in the rooms are also DIY. It's not quite a guesthouse but not quite a club, and definitely not a club but not quite a guesthouse – truly one-of-a-kind and highly recommended!

I have to say, the Disang Hotel was surprisingly good. This ancient town trip was greatly enhanced by staying here. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with boats passing by on the Grand Canal right outside the window. My child loved watching them, which added so much joy to our stay. The TV offered a wide variety of channels and movies without needing to scan codes or pay extra. The toiletries were L'Occitane, the hairdryer was Dyson, and fresh fruit was delivered daily. The mini-bar was free on the first day, even including alcoholic beverages, showing great generosity. We also experienced the singing bowl meditation. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, though it unfortunately ended at 10 AM. You can use electric carts for getting around the hotel grounds; just ask the staff if you want to go to any specific attraction. The outdoor pool was beautiful and very grand. The lifeguards were all very responsible. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

The rooms have an antique charm. We booked a standard B&B room but were upgraded to an even better one. The front desk staff was very nice, and there were free fruits available 😬😬. They offer two types of breakfast: a dim sum style breakfast or the hotel buffet. The cleaning lady was also very kind. It's definitely worth staying here.

1. Location - Very convenient and near the old city, dining is within 5-10 minutes walk, the bus to Hangzhou is also near, the entrance to Wuzhen scenic area is very near. 2. Room - the toilet smell of urine and I wanted to wash the smell away but there was no waste hole. Probably the housekeeper just mopped the toilet. The next day the smell cleared. AirCon is good especially on a very warm and humid day. 3. Front desk - helpful on directions and advise on buying entrance tickets, tips, and also how to buy the bus ticket to Hangzhou.

The hotel's design and layout are very serene and comfortable; as soon as you enter, you feel secluded, ready to begin your vacation. The front desk staff, especially Ms. Kevin, provided incredibly thoughtful service. Any request we had was quickly addressed, making us feel right at home. A big thumbs up! 👍🏻 The service was top-notch. For instance, we brought two cakes for our anniversary, and the hotel thoughtfully helped us store them. The Garden Villa room type is very spacious, with a large sofa, accommodating the needs of multiple guests, perfect for a dinner celebration or anniversary. They even thoughtfully provided a small cake and decorations. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and you could order several à la carte items. I recommend the braised beef noodles and beef congee. Although there was a small incident with other guests, the hotel quickly and efficiently resolved it. A good hotel needs to be 'capable of handling issues' and 'responsible'. I really loved the infinity pool, which offered views of egrets and wetlands, making me feel very relaxed and happy. In the evening, the bar had a live band. The two performers were very professional. I absolutely loved their cover of 'Deadman' last night; it was so mesmerizing. Experiencing Alila at night in the bar had a unique charm. The package included a travel photography service. I've experienced this at other hotels, but Alila's was arguably the best. The photographer, Mr. Li Junjie, was very professional. He gave natural guidance, avoiding stiff poses, and provided great emotional value, resulting in truly stunning photos. He spent over an hour shooting across multiple scenes and locations. Many thanks! We truly need more people who are so dedicated to their work in life. There were also many cultural activities. The handicraft instructor was incredibly helpful, explaining each step in detail and with great patience. Essentially, every staff member at Alila offered service with a smile. Their professionalism is very high. I'm also grateful to the aunt who came to make up our bed late at night, even though I don't know her name. All of the above are reasons why I had such a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back.

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded.
