Service: Friendly and welcoming. Arriving in Mohe on the Snow Country Train, we checked into a cozy haven, the eLong Hotel, nestled in a wonderland at the far north. As we opened the door, a 270° bay window offered breathtaking panoramic views of the snowy plains and icy mountains. The 1.8-meter wide king-size bed, comfortable sofa, and spacious bay window transformed the -30℃ outdoor chill into a wonderfully warm and familiar indoor sanctuary. This provided a safe and comfortable resting environment for my elderly parents on their first long journey. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing extra hangers, bottled water, and tea of the same quality, which gave my family great peace of mind. In the morning, we welcomed the sunrise with stunning alpenglow outside our window. The hotel's varied and delicious breakfast kicked off our invigorating trip to Mohe. We had a delightful interaction with charming deer, and to the rhythm of jingling bells and trotting hooves, we ventured into the natural ice and snow city. Gazing at the winding, extensive border of our nation felt like being in a fairy tale, truly purifying the soul. Thank you to the hotel for providing such a haven – it was more than just accommodation; it was a conduit for transmitting Arctic culture. As the horse-drawn carriage once again traversed the snow-covered forest, we eagerly anticipate the arrival of our next icy dawn."

"I forgot to take pictures of the B&B, so I'll use some photos of the surrounding area instead. When we drove up, the exterior didn't look like much, but as soon as we stepped inside, I absolutely loved it. The facilities are very modern and unlike other B&Bs in the area. It's super clean and well-equipped, and they even provide disposable bath towels and hand towels for guests, which is a fantastic touch. Definitely worth a visit!"

"The room view was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun with the '潑水成冰' (literally 'splashing water into ice') game! Sitting by the window, with the curtains open, we could see the beautiful snowscape outside and even watched fireworks set off by other hotel guests 🧨. The facilities are great, and I loved the toiletries—L'Occitane products, a big plus! 👍 Oh, and the owner provided plenty of teacups and tea sets in the room, which was really convenient... The restaurant the owner recommended also had delicious food! 👍"

"I absolutely love this guesthouse! It's clean, comfortable, and they thoughtfully provide disposable toiletries for guests. The decor makes it feel like you're staying in a cabin abroad. The breakfast is delicious too. There's even a little courtyard outside the guesthouse that's perfect for photos, you can even try the 'splashing water into ice' trick there. "The facilities in the winery are relatively old. There is no wardrobe in the room, only a clothes hanger, but there is a wall of wine bottle display cabinets 😅; the TV is very small and can't be watched; the Arctic Village splashing water into ice is ten yuan per time in the park, and the hotel does not provide hot water and splashing scoops. This is really not as good as Beihong Village; I asked, and the boss said that I could boil water to play, but there were no tools; in fact, I just wanted to compare and ask, the homestay owners in Beihong Village are more simple and kind."

"This wasn't the most expensive room I stayed in during this trip, but it was definitely the most comfortable and my favorite. The quality of the hotel amenities is evident in the details; the provision of disposable towels and bath towels eliminates any concerns about hygiene, which is often an issue with B&Bs. The toiletries provided in the room are also of high quality, and there are so many of them that even as someone in the industry, I worried the owner's operating costs might be too high. The room was quite warm, which might be unusual for someone from the south, so the landlady cooled us down with delicious ice cream, half a dozen bottles of mineral water, and frozen pears and persimmons. Both the interior and exterior of the building show signs of professional design. As someone who is very particular about hotels, I surprisingly found almost no faults. If I had to pick something to tell the landlady, it would be this: Was that light box in the courtyard with the big flame and the 'Beiji Village' (Arctic Village) lettering placed there by your designer? It really detracts from the overall aesthetic of your courtyard! Hahaha."

A huge thank you to the owner for the exceptional service and impeccable amenities. The rustic charm was incredibly soothing: the room was authentically rustic, the solid wood furniture exuding a natural fragrance, and the warm yellow lighting instantly dispelled the winter chill. The bedding was soft and comfortable, feeling like being enveloped in warmth. Outside the window was a tranquil snowscape; drawing back the curtains revealed a fairytale world. Every detail here showed thoughtful design and taste, instantly relaxing me. This trip to Beiji Village was like an emotional rollercoaster. From the fear and anger of the first day to the peace and感动 of the second, the contrast was immense. Although the beginning was a bit thrilling, the ending was beautiful. Thank you, Linyun Mountain and Water Hotel, for healing me with your warmth. I hope that everyone who goes to the Arctic Village can avoid those pitfalls and stay in their own warm wooden cabin."
