"The room was new and clean with a nice view, but... When we checked in during the afternoon, I asked for a toothbrush set for my child, but nothing happened. Later that evening, I called the front desk, and my message was ignored. Ultimately, I had to grab a set myself from a laundry cart the next morning. Breakfast was 78 per person, which isn't cheap, and the variety of food wasn't very extensive. The most infuriating part was the female staff member with black-rimmed glasses who was making wontons. She was full of anger, frowning, glaring, and banging things around, directing her anger indiscriminately at guests. It seemed like she was having a very bad day. I hope the hotel can help her resolve her issues before letting her serve guests again. For a brand hotel, and not a budget one, the service at Crowne Plaza Xiangyang Fuchun Shanjie is a definite thumbs down."

Courteous, it is a good place worth visiting again for vacation, and it feels more cost-effective than Guangzhou Chimelong. Very good travel experience."

I saw this room area of 35 square meters on Trip.com , the price is 116, and breakfast, so I booked it. Well, when I arrived at the hotel, the waiter told me that I booked a special room. The central air conditioning in the room was not good. If I wanted to change to a room with normal cabinet air conditioning, I would add 20 yuan to upgrade. I ran for a day. I was a little tired. I didn't talk to them anymore and made up 20 yuan directly. After thinking about it, it feels not like that. You can't make people order and add money to upgrade on the grounds that the air conditioner is not good. What's going on? The facilities in the room are relatively new, but the room is on the road and very noisy. The breakfast buffet is rich in content. There is a grand piano in the hotel lobby.

連續住了兩個晚上，第一天是住的四合院，很有中國傳統的內容風味，但是室內環境偏暗，可能是有點山的原因蟲，但是這個離山近的話是沒辦法的，這個可以理解是環境有點偏愛也是沒辦法，但是有個院子的話非常好，是兩家共用的温馨專門來這裏度假是非常適合的，沒必要在外面去景點轉，就是以度假為目的，家人在一起吃吃喝喝玩玩樂樂
