"Hotel had great facilities: pools, jacuzzis, baths, gym, plenty of coin wash and dry machines, and access to a private gym. There were live performances on 4 out of 6 nights I was there. Buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food and drinks, and was good. There were also good restaurants near the hotel. The only things one could take issue with were probably: 1) the lighting in the room - would have been better if it was brighter and 2) the location of the power socket - the slightest of touch would cause the travel adaptor to fall out from the socket."

"I highly recommend this hotel! 1. **Convenient Transportation**: Although it takes about two to three hours by bus from Naha Airport, the bus is direct. The scenery along the way is beautiful, and there's a rest stop in the middle for a restroom break. The bus drops you off right at the hotel entrance, so it feels like a scenic tour bus. 2. **Spacious and Cozy Room**: The room has a long sofa that can easily sleep one to two children. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and both the bathroom and toilet are large. The overall decor features natural wood tones, which feels very relaxing and soothing. 3. **Fantastic Balcony Sea View**: We were given a front-facing room on the second-highest floor, offering an unobstructed view of the beach and the sea – truly relaxing. 4. **Hotel Amenities**: You can enjoy the hot springs daily, and the beach is just a stone's throw away. The hotel's private garden is also exquisite and beautiful. The aquarium is about a 10-minute walk, or you can take the shuttle car from the path near the garden. 5. **Dining**: The hotel breakfast perfectly suited my taste. For dinner, we chose the izakaya, which offered most Okinawan specialty dishes. 6. **Exceptional Service**: The most commendable part! We accidentally left our shoes in the room when checking out. We contacted the hotel via email and received a prompt reply. They then shipped our shoes to our hotel in Naha within two days, assisting with communication throughout the process. A huge thumbs-up! I highly recommend it to everyone! PS: It was raining during our stay, but the beauty of the scenery was still evident!"

"The location is excellent! You can take a bus directly from DFS in Shintoshin, and it stops right at the hotel entrance. While the room facilities are a bit old, the rooms are very spacious, perfect for family trips. There's a commercial street downstairs with a Starbucks and an Okinawa specialty supermarket. Getting to the aquarium is also convenient, with a shuttle bus service available for round trips. After a full day out, you can easily find dinner downstairs, and there's even an ice cream truck! We really enjoyed our two-night stay."

"Super lucky tonight! Staying at the Lit Hotel was pleasantly upgraded to a deluxe twin room! ✨ When the door was opened, it was really amazing by the space. There was a separate living room and a double terrace. The lighting and holiday atmosphere were directly full! The terrace can also dry clothes, thanks to the refrigerator in the room, you can sigh the can of frozen Orion beer and fall asleep immediately after the shower, the body and soul are completely healed, perfect satisfaction! 🍺😴 The living function here is even more amazing, downstairs is 7-11, and there is a large supermarket directly opposite 🛒. As a foodie, as soon as the supermarket opens at 7 o'clock in the morning, we immediately rush to open the sweep mode! I bought super fat sea urchins, fresh sashimi and fatty cattle with rich oils and fats to go to the house and enjoy 😋. Comfortable in the room while enjoying the scenery, while enjoying this super luxurious breakfast, coolness breaks the table! Eat and drink enough, after filling the electricity, officially set off to ”Beautiful Aquarium” 🐟! It takes about 15 minutes to drive. This hotel is not only large in space, but also very convenient. It also has free parking. The only thing is that the price of washing clothes is a bit expensive."

"I had higher expectations for this stay and was a bit disappointed. Firstly, the location of the resort is not great, it’s on a loud highway which makes noise an issue but also makes it extremely difficult to navigate as you can’t turn right across the large highway. We treated ourselves to the buffet one morning and wish we didn’t, there was limited selections for food and the sashimi was far from fresh. We were given a table reservation card and once sat down with our food were asked to move by the staff so another guest could have our table? Very odd and once questioned the staff changed their tune and no longer wanted to move us - seemed the other guest was getting preferential treatment. Parking was also paid which was not clear on the initial listing. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was only cleaned on one day, beds were not even made and rubbish wasn’t taken out - very strange for a 5 star. We only realised staff had been in because toilet paper had been replenished. I was very excited for this stay and was a bit let down, views are nice though!"

"The room and service were okay, but the room was incredibly humid. We stayed on the 7th floor for four days, and the bedding was so damp it caused us to break out in eczema. I understand it's unavoidable given the seaside location and unpredictable weather. You can snorkel right by the beach downstairs and see some small fish. However, the staff were lovely, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day with all amenities replenished."

"Good hotel, with a great room and ambience, and has great lobby lounge and free drinks, the pool is also amazing. Hotel service is good, but can slightly improve to be even better, as staff seems a little unsure in English sometimes but they do try their best so that is nice, mainly just nitty gritty details can be improved (e.g. no one waiting at the hotel drop off during arrival, or staff just watching us unload the luggage ourselves, or not leading us to the hotel lobby but instead having us walk ahead and figure out where to go). Also note that there is no gym / workout facilities. Location might also be a little hard to locate as you need to go into a small alley up hill, and the entrance is located in sort of a back alley of another hotel, but it does eventually open up to a small drop off. Car park is great though, direct to room. And the room again is 10/10. Overall, a good stay experience, will go back again for the good, comfortable and spacious room."

"The hotel has a Hawaiian garden style, with a restaurant in front and a homestay on the second floor. The traffic is recommended to drive by yourself. There is also a station within a few hundred meters, but there are very few shifts. Pay attention to it. The beach walked about two or three hundred meters, but I didn't see the cover pool."

"We had a wonderful stay at PGM! The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and always eager to help. While the breakfast buffet didn't have a massive selection, every single dish was beautifully prepared, high quality, and absolutely yummy. The entire environment is so relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. We also loved both the indoor and outdoor pools—they are clean, modern, very comfortable, and paired with excellent facilities. Highly recommended!"

"The structure of the hotel is old, but the rooms have been updated and were very comfortable and new. I absolutely loved the retro charm of the place and the common areas such as the atrium pool and inside courtyard area were beautiful spaces. What the marketing doesn’t show is the vast open spaces at this hotel, the stunning landscaped gardens and the art-spaces such as artist in residence and exhibition space. I was blown away by this and enjoy a fantastic painting workshop with the artist who focuses on the local flora and fauna of Okinawa. The best point about this hotel is the staff. They are all incredibly lovely. Lisa and another lady name starting with H on front desk especially were so amazing, very helpful! One night there was an error with our dinner and the chef personally came to apologise. He replaced our meal with a local menu which was incredible and after eating he said the bill was on him as a gesture of apology. I was truly touched by this gesture of kindness. Areas for improvement: the kitchen being closed outside of designated times. If you want food at 10am for example, no chance. Also nowhere to buy drinks near the pool and beach. Food options are not great and the buffet is really mediocre. Also, I would expect their approach to sustainability to be better on an island like this. There is an overuse of plastic, especially single use such as straws and each tiny piece of cake at the buffet being individually wrapped. Really no need for that. I do worry where all this plastic is going. Beach is smaller than it looks. Can’t swim, very shallow full of seaweed and dead coral. Very quiet. Very strict lifeguard: no throwing a ball, no jumping, splashing, laughing it seems. We were using an empty bottle to collect water and build a sandcastle -he removed it. No standing on inflatables. No swimming outside of the fenced off area. From what I’ve seen this is an island-wide thing though, not limited to here. Local area: really not much to see and do outside of the hotel."
