"The location is fantastic! Having a large mall next door (with restaurants, a food court, a supermarket, and a currency exchange) was incredibly convenient. The bus stops for the airport and tourist attractions are right in front of the hotel, making getting around super easy. While tourist spots are a bit far to walk, the bus gets you there in about 10 minutes for a cheap USD 0.4, which was great. Choosing this hotel over others within walking distance was definitely the right decision. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including fruits, vegetables, and Moldovan sweets. The rose jam, in particular, was delicious, and I enjoyed it with bread and yogurt every day. The restaurant itself has high ceilings, giving it an open and airy feel, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. There's also a terrace area with a nice ambiance. The restaurant staff were wonderful. Irina, the restaurant manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly remembering my name and always greeting me warmly. Marin also remembered my name and greeted me by name every day. Alexandr, the assistant restaurant manager, was also very helpful, assisting with requests, currency exchange, and even explaining coins in detail. He even gave me a Moldovan coin as a souvenir, which was a lovely memory. Front desk and hotel staff were excellent. Lana and Carolina at the front desk were consistently helpful and answered my questions and requests sincerely every day. They also shared insights into Moldovan culture during our conversations, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Mihaela, the shift manager, was very professional and reassuring. The room was comfortable, and issues were handled swiftly. My room was new, clean, and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the first room, but I was immediately moved to another. When the shower pressure was a bit low, I contacted them, and the technical manager promptly came to check and resolve it. Valentina, the housekeeper, had a lovely smile, and I looked forward to seeing her every day. She made a genuine effort to speak English. There was a special touch during my stay. When I inquired about the rose jam I loved at breakfast, Hotel Manager Ana Cozma took the initiative to help. Thanks to her suggestion and arrangements, I received both the rose jam and a special bottle of wine. Later, Ana, the Sales & Guest Relations Coordinator, personally delivered them to my room. I was so touched that I teared up, and she gave me a warm hug. The wine commemorated the 20th anniversary of independence for Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine, and its concept deeply moved me. Overall, I spent most of my 6-night stay at the hotel, and it was a very fulfilling experience, including all the interactions with the staff. It was even more memorable than just sightseeing. While the price might be a bit higher, it's definitely worth it. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Moldova."

"A very decent hotel close to the airport (really no other opportunities). Freshly minted ) Decorated in tennis style with modern-simplified furniture. Great mattresses. Good breakfast."

"A nice, clean hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a large bed, crisp white linens, a minibar, a coffee machine, and many other amenities. The only downside was that the shower had cold water instead of hot. Fortunately, they resolved this issue within 10-15 minutes. The staff was polite and promptly attended to all our requests. There are coffee shops and parks near the hotel for strolls."

"Breakfast and location is good, room and is spacious. Walls are thin, heard snoring, alarm, and even more intimate activities of person/couple in the next room. Floor 3 has a convention centre. Rooms in front will hear loud event preparations as if they are in the meeting hall themselves. Drain in the bathroom had a noxious smell of sewage. Staff not particularly helpful."

"The air condition unit was absent in the suite, although its remote control was there. The reception staff advised that the aircondition unit is placed in the corridor outside of the suite. This is weird and unacceptable at 30 grades celsium heat. The rooms description contains aircondiition unit. Besides that the restaurants (declared there are two - Japanese and Mediterranean) were closed due to unknown reasons. The rest is ok. The management has to update the descriptions at Web-Site and hotel reservation portals as for instance -booking.com"

"The only hotel worth staying in Chisinau. People is gold here. I should mention specially Anton from reception who make all our stay flawless and help us with late check out as well."
