"We had a pleasant stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Our room on the 5th floor was comfortable, well-arranged, and provided a relaxing space after a long day. The elevator was efficient and made getting around the building very convenient. The breakfast was decent, although there is some room for improvement. I would not recommend ordering the bangus, as it did not match the photo shown and was noticeably small in portion. My partner was quite disappointed with that choice. On the bright side, I ordered the American breakfast and found it much more satisfying, both in taste and portion size. One area that could use attention is cleanliness, particularly with the bedding. I have allergy rhinitis, and I noticed that my symptoms were slightly triggered while under the blanket, which suggests that a more thorough cleaning process might be beneficial. What truly stood out during our stay was the staff. The reception team was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. They greeted us with genuine smiles every time we passed by, which made the experience feel more personal and enjoyable. Despite a few minor issues, we genuinely loved our stay."

"This hotel is a good option for solo male travelers. It fits well with what many men come to this city for, and for that specific purpose it works quite well. That said, there are definitely some areas that could be improved — there’s room for growth. But overall, it’s a solid place to stay."

"I made sure to call the Hotel the day before I arrive and informed them that I will be coming early and if possible to checkin early. I was advised to check availability and I worked in their resto area while waiting for my room. I saw that they are not fully booked and after following up my room, they still checked me in at 2pm. Then they expect you to checkout before 12! Seems front desk staffs are so busy with their admin works and forgot that there is a guest waiting to be checked in early."

"The room is spacious and comes with a sofa, kitchen, and microwave. The shower has good hot water pressure. There are three pools on the 1st, 11th, and 15th floors, so there's always one available for a relaxing swim. The gym is on the 11th floor and offers basic workout equipment."

"I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious."

"There's a clear difference between a pool view room and a cheaper room. While they called it cheap, it was actually the price you'd pay for a different hotel. If you want to stay here, choose a pool view room. The room had no windows, which felt very stuffy. The air conditioning sounded like a tank rolling by, and I'm not exaggerating; it was truly exhausting. To charge nearly 2000 pesos for a room like this is ridiculous."

"The overall reception is good. The environment is clean and comfortable. But there are no slippers in the room. There is no hair dryer. To borrow at the front desk. This is a shortcoming. But the price is reasonable. The staff is serious. Worth staying again"
