Wendy sent real-time location and walking directions, clearly indicating the shuttle pick-up points. During check-in, she meticulously explained the room facilities, complimentary drinks, and toiletries, and proactively asked if we had any special requests. Throughout our stay, whether we wanted to visit the chapel, find local snacks, or watch the sunset in the evening, her responses were almost immediate. "I was very satisfied with the service. I added the butler, Mona, on WeChat, and she was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The hygiene was decent, and the hotel environment was spacious. We booked a standard room but got upgraded to a family room, a Peppa Pig themed one! I was very happy with the location because my friend lives in a guesthouse in Aranya Phase 4. Since there wasn't enough space there, I stayed at this hotel with my child. It was less than a ten-minute walk to my friend's place. My name was registered under my friend's guesthouse, which made entering and exiting Aranya very convenient."

"The family room was really convenient. We stayed with four adults (including my grandparents) and one two-year-old. My child and I shared the 2-meter king bed, and my grandparents slept on the bunk beds. The sofa also converts into a bed. We stayed in building 5, and we could see the giraffes right from our balcony! The giraffe restaurant was right next door, making breakfast super easy. Staying for two nights also included a boat trip out to sea, and we got a big snack bag every day."

"My elderly family members traveled alone, and choosing Fisher Island Fisecher was a smart decision~ 1. The hotel room was spacious and bright. The room facing the park was quiet and had a great view. After soaking in the hot spring, it was very comfortable to rest indoors and sleep soundly until dawn. 2. The hot spring is the biggest highlight. The elders reported that the hot spring was really excellent, with many pools suitable for visitors of all ages. Children can play on the slides, rafting, and surfing areas, while elders can enjoy various themed pools with good temperatures and clean water. 3. It's the closest hot spring to the sea, and the most unique hot spring in the North China region. I will recommend it to other friends to visit Fisher Island together again."

"A very cost-effective courtyard, quiet in a busy area, clean, comfortable and tidy ~ There are tables and chairs at the door of the room, it's nice to sit in the yard for a while. Parking is also OK, the room was fully booked during the Dragon Boat Festival, and there was still space in the alley at the door. The only drawback is that breakfast is only available in July and August. We went there during the Dragon Boat Festival, and they said it was not yet the peak season, but the room rate was for the peak season ~ I look forward to improving the service."

The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, a smart toilet, and thoughtful amenities like children's toothbrushes and toiletries. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing is excellent, allowing you to peacefully drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves. The mini-bar is stocked with complimentary drinks and fruits. I must give a special shout-out to our travel butler, Zhou Shuang, who proactively contacted us right after booking to answer all our questions.
