"The hotel environment is decent, and it's pet-friendly with good service. The showerhead in the bathroom seems a bit old, but the water pressure is still okay. The wet and dry separation is a plus. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was nice. There are charging stations downstairs, which is convenient, though charging is a bit pricey at 1.55/kWh. I'd recommend coming back early if you go out at night, otherwise, you might not find a parking spot and have to park on the street in front of the hotel. It's not too far from the Coastal Market, so you can take a leisurely stroll there if you don't mind the walk. Watching the sunrise in the morning is quite lovely. The area around the hotel is a bit desolate, so you'll have to eat breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is 28 per person and offers a good variety."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. We received a welcome fruit platter. Around 10:30 PM, I tried to open the sofa bed but couldn't figure it out. I called the front desk, and a staff member came up almost immediately to help set it up. Check-in and check-out included a shuttle service. Our experience within the park was also seamless; there was no hassle with ticket checks, and the shows were spectacular. Overall, we had a fantastic time. After getting home, we realized my child's watch was missing from the hot spring area. I called the hotel, and Manager Miao Linshuang, along with the entire hotel staff, launched a full search. They found it quickly and mailed it back to us. We were truly touched by their kindness!"

"Arcadia is a well-established entertainment complex with meticulously maintained pools, lawns, and beaches. We booked a pet-friendly room, and upon check-in, the resort arranged a shuttle to take us to Zone 3. The room was incredibly spacious, with great natural light, and they even provided a pet welcome kit, which thoughtfully included tick repellent spray. Right outside our door were a lawn and a pool, which our dog absolutely loved, and our child had a blast too. It's definitely a top choice for family trips! "Environment: Absolutely fantastic, clean and comfortable. I forgot to take a picture of my room on the 3rd floor, but it had a small balcony with a direct sea view. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine; it didn't feel cramped since I didn't bring a large suitcase! On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop and a Sichuan restaurant. There's a car rental place right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk across the road. Super convenient! It's incredibly quiet at night, which is a huge plus for light sleepers. Facilities: The hotel has its own shuttle service that can take you anywhere. The resort also has free shuttle buses that stop at various points; the resort is very large. All buses within the resort are free, but the shuttle bus costs 2 RMB per person, which is still great value for money! Service: The service was truly impeccable. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patient, making you feel that the hotel was worth every penny."
