"Searched around the Jinshan area and this place seemed to offer great value for money. Before checking in, I called and confirmed they have parking spaces right outside. You just need to inform the front desk of your license plate number when you check in to use the parking. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean and tidy, which I appreciated. I particularly liked the room's layout and color scheme, so overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I'm in the area."

"The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund, and it's an easy bike ride to Yu Garden and the Great World. Getting around is super convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, satisfying different dining preferences. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and both the transportation and dining were satisfying. It's a great choice for sightseeing and travel."

"I've been wanting to visit this hotel for ages, and I finally got to arrange a stay. When I arrived, I noticed a really long queue, which just goes to show how popular this parent-child hotel is with families. Most guests seemed to be from the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai area, bringing their kids to burn off some energy. The backyard has plenty of play facilities, but the beach was definitely the highlight. The sand was so soft; it felt amazing to walk on barefoot. This season is perfect for a visit – not too cold and not too hot – but you definitely need to pick a day with good weather. It's not open during the rainy season. You'll need to bring your own beach toys, which is understandable for public hygiene and safety. Bob provided excellent service during our stay, responding quickly and helping us with many things. Parking at the hotel is also free."

"If you’re looking for a tranquil weekend away from the bustling of the city, then I would highly recommend this place. Surrounded by nature, rice farms and vegetable gardens, you can take a deep breath of fresh air and feel like you are truly in nature, without being too far from everything and without breaking the bank. This hotel is 15 min from Disney or the International Resort maglev stop by Didi, and it’s not so far out that you can’t order delicious food from Weimai. They offer a delicious Chinese breakfast but if you don’t like Chinese breakfast, you can easily order delivery. The hotel and room itself is incredibly clean and I love the clean, minimalistic and bohemian style decorations. The owners are so friendly and helpful even though they can’t speak English. Communication wasn’t an obstacle though because you can communicate with him through WeChat or a translator app."

"Enjoyed my stay here. It's a massive hotel and it all looks very new. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room a little on the small side, but complementary drinks and snacks were provided which was a nice touch. Comfortable bed and a very good shower. Breakfast was okay and they did try catering, albeit in a small way, for westerners which was thoughtful. Would stay here again if travelling back to Jingshan."

"The hotel made a good first impression. We checked in late in the evening, and it was drizzling. Even so, I could already appreciate the beautiful surroundings, as the hotel is located right by a small river. In fact, after checking out, I specifically went for another stroll along the river to enjoy the fresh air. The hotel service was also very attentive; the front desk staff proactively offered ginger tea, which was a thoughtful and warming touch. Breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, but the quality was excellent, earning praise from my family. On the downside, there were a few issues. One of our rooms was at the end of the corridor, which was fine, but the shower controls were different from other rooms. It took me a while to figure out, and I nearly got cold trying. Moreover, the floor tiles under the sink were constantly leaking, posing a safety hazard. Furthermore, the in-room TV was unusable as it required a membership to watch, which was quite bizarre."

"Every time I come to Jinshan, I come here to live many times. It is no different from the chain. If there is any problem, the merchants are all in seconds. The attitude is very good. The sanitation and decoration are very good. There are also many snack bars nearby. Very satisfied with the stay experience! ! !"

"The hotel is decent and surround it, there are eatery, hair saloon, fruit stall and others. It is very close to the factory which we are going. Overall, satisfy with the stay."

"I brought my dog and cat for a one day stay (to get them used to travelling). The pet rooms are amazing! It's so cool having a bedroom for the animals, and it's connected to the main bedroom with a little door which is super cute. My cat loved the climbing zone around the TV, and they both loved the patio, which was enclosed so I felt comfortable letting them play out there. Outside of the room, the facilities were fine. The dog swimming pool is pretty good, although it didn't seem to have changing rooms like I had read online. The dog park is also fine. The overall environment is quite nice, with a big lake and rice paddies around the island, but I didn't love feeling completely enclosed and cut off once inside (it's a huge compound. You can order taxis and delivery inside, of course). I went to the massage parlour, which was nice (45 minute foot massage was 100 RMB) Service is great. I was able to get very helpful service from the front desk, guards, cleaners, and on WeChat. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The bad bits - the petting zoo didn't look very nice. Petting zoos in general are not very ethical, and the animals looked pretty dirty and sad. You have to pay extra for it, so I just avoided it. Also, the hot springs are closed all summer, and the outside pool closed at 5pm even though the marketing claimed it was open until after sunset. Overall, a really cool place to take pets and I'm glad I went."
