This is one of the best-value hotels right in the center of Beijing. The Hotel is located in the city center, but in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood — perfect if you want convenience without the chaos. Very affordable prices. Spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. But the real highlight is the lobby… It feels more like a library café than a hotel. In the evening, you can sit there in total calm, read a book, work on your laptop, and enjoy delicious coffee… made and served by a robot. And yes — if you order delivery, another robot brings it straight to your room door. The area is also great — surrounded by restaurants, shops, and fruit markets, everything you need within walking distance. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly stay with a unique touch — this is a great find.

Right next to Pingle Yuan subway station, it's incredibly convenient for both commuting and sightseeing. The hotel itself is clean and refreshing, with well-designed rooms equipped with all the basic amenities. The staff are always helpful and friendly, answering any questions you might have. It's truly a perfect choice for short trips.

First experience ever entering a hotel and not being greeted despite having also said hello. The young man and woman we so non-engaging in that afternoon that it was basically rude, for this american couple. They however performed tbeir job effectively checking us in, but didn't seem happy about it. Dont be fooled into buying breakfast, I dont think it really exists. They say they can bring something to your room? Upon check out the other couple travelling with us warned me they wanted an on the spot review and to take a picture of it. I explained the lack of warmth upon check in and I would give an honest review. They wanted 80 rmb more for a window rooms despite theyre being empty. The hotel is clean and the check out lady was nice and apologies for day prior. But she wanted my booking number with trip.com probably for damage control and probably following boss instruction. I filmed that I didnt owe her any more money and I ended my relationship as hostage over the booking number prior to clear for checkout. Nothing special good experience except gave a few extra waters to all of us and it was clean.

This is a mid-to-high-end business hotel, and the attention to detail in the photos shows how much thought they put into making guests feel welcome in Beijing: 1. The moment you walk in, it feels incredibly comfortable and clean. The front desk staff are warm and helpful. The hotel's design is unique, with a perforated grid backdrop and a large abstract floral art piece in the center, all illuminated by warm accent lighting that creates a soft, upscale ambiance. What really caught my eye was the floor-to-ceiling window on the right with sheer white curtains, allowing plenty of natural light in and creating a very pleasant atmosphere. 2. In the lobby's lounge area, there's a wall with clear directions and transport routes to Beijing's tourist attractions like the Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Nanluoguxiang, and Yonghe Temple. This is incredibly practical for visitors to Beijing. The faux fireplace and abstract decorative paintings nearby add to the cozy vibe of the lounge. During my stay, it was also the time of the Gaokao (national college entrance exam), and the lobby had a 'May you succeed in the Gaokao' wishing wall. It was adorned with red blessing plaques shaped like traditional scholar hats, full of well wishes for the students. This really showcased the hotel's thoughtful human touch. The room amenities are excellent. There's a separate laundry room, and the laundry bags are a thoughtful touch for every guest. The dry/wet separated bathroom is very convenient, and the room's soundproofing is superb, ensuring a great night's sleep. Because I had an early appointment the next day, I contacted the hotel staff in advance to request a quieter room. They were incredibly helpful and assigned me a room further inside. Thumbs up! They truly prioritize guest needs.

Right across from Dongzhong Hospital, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the location is excellent. The hotel entrance isn't large, but there are many rooms. The room matched the pictures, clean and hygienic. Plus, parking was free, and the front desk service was great; they immediately arranged a room for us before check-in time since one was available. Everything was very satisfactory, except for the poor soundproofing – we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, which might bother light sleepers. Otherwise, I was very happy with my stay.

The rooms were excellent and a good size. The service was excellent with the reception of both the the hotel and leisure club being very helpful. There was no ice machine and the bar closed at 6pm. However the reception delivered ice to the room which was good, if not as convenient as a machine. The downsides were that the breakfast was only mediocre for a five star hotel although again the service staff were excellent. More choice for Western guests and better temperature would improve the breakfast offering. The other downside was that the hotel cafe/bar and tea shop closed early at 6pm every day and wasn't open on two occasions because of a national holiday. I like to work on my laptop in a cafe or bar in a hotel rather than my room, especially as I was in a twin sharing with my son. For a five star it really isn't acceptable that there is no cafe or bar open in the evening I think. All in all a good stay and 4 or of 5 stars, but could be better with a couple of improvements.

I brought my family to Beijing and chose the newly opened Voco Beijing Temple of Heaven. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and I especially want to give a shout-out to Joy! She proactively greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby and patiently introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. We had several questions, and she answered each one with a smile, showing no signs of impatience at all, which made us feel incredibly welcome. As for the hotel itself: the location is very close to the Temple of Heaven, the rooms are new and spotless – IHG's quality is undeniable. The bedding is comfortable, and the shower pressure is excellent. For a hotel that just opened this year, it's truly rare to find such detailed service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing, and I want to thank Joy once more for her warm assistance! 🌹🌹

The front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station. The room facilities were complete, clean, and tidy. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily. This hotel offers great value for money and is located in the Shuangjing business district, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this hotel.
