This hotel is amazing! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The room was spotless, and the bed was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby. The facilities are also top-notch, with a gym and swimming pool available for guests. Plus, the location is superb, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and attractions within easy reach. Staying here was an absolutely fantastic experience – highly recommended!

My requests for a room change, a clean room, and a late check-out were all met. The front desk staff were also very friendly and the service was excellent. Overall, I had a fantastic stay. The hotel might be a tiny bit further than one subway stop, and there was a slight bathroom odor in the room for about 5 minutes.

This was the worst hotel experience I've had on a business trip in the past year. I checked in close to midnight, and upon entering the room, I found it was right next to the elevator with terrible soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking as they walked down the hallway. I immediately called the front desk, explaining that I understood it was late and asked them to please contact me the next day if a room became available. The front desk readily agreed, promising to call me tomorrow. The next day, after finishing work, I returned to the hotel and asked the front desk about it. They had no idea what I was talking about and simply said all rooms were full and they couldn't accommodate a change. I didn't push it, only stating that I would provide feedback to the Hyatt Group and give an honest review. Unfortunately, after two busy days in Beijing, I was frequently woken up at night when I returned to the hotel, making it difficult to get any sleep. Before checking in, I saw reviews mentioning good service. The service was indeed very eager, but it was all ineffective service – just a lot of talk with no actual help.

The facilities exude a Japanese atmosphere, and the decorations celebrating the 2026 New Year are wonderful. I noticed a sign in the hotel's main space encouraging consideration for others. I had a relaxing stay in a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you.

The room facilities are complete and everything works well. There are plenty of dining options downstairs, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the subway. The front desk service (especially by employee number three) was satisfactory. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas, so you can easily take care of all your dining and shopping needs. You won't have to worry about transportation at all.
