Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington-Normal West, IL ★★

"Customer service was good! But watch out. The beds come off of their base and the posts stick out and cause a tripping hazard. Whacked my ankle really hard 😵💫ankle swelled up really bad."

Best Western Plus Bloomington East Hotel ★★★

Residence Inn Bloomington ★★★

"Does not adhere to brand standards. Refuses to grant late checkout though it is guaranteed per the Marriott Bonvoy T&C. When I highlighted that I am a Titanium member, they doubled and subsequently tripled down flat out refusing to give any late check out whatsoever. Also, on the app and website they have posted that the checkout time is 11 AM, however, the back of the room door states that check out is at noon. Avoid unless you’re a glutton for punishment."
