"Traveling with family, we booked a suite and it was incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms which was very convenient. There was also a separate living area. Although it's an older five-star hotel (some prefer modern design, but I lean towards classic styles), the facilities are still very well-maintained and up-to-date. The service was exceptional, from the doorman at the entrance, to the front desk during check-in, and even at the restaurant – everyone provided warm and enthusiastic service. Because the Executive Lounge was undergoing renovations, the hotel generously upgraded the Executive benefits to a buffet dinner, which was a very classy move. The restaurant service was excellent, and the variety of food was impressive. A special thank you to Assistant Director Song from the F&B department for their warm and thoughtful service. Also, a shout-out to the chef who makes the shumai for breakfast – it was delicious! And the Inner Mongolian milk tea was fantastic!"

"On-site parking was convenient, although the lot was nearly full when I arrived around midnight. The front desk is on the 6th floor, and the receptionist was very welcoming. The room was comfortable, with clean, crisp white bedding, and a large bathtub. All the little details were great, and overall, I had a very positive experience! The only minor hiccup was that the faucet handle broke. I had to guide the engineering staff to bring screwdrivers and pliers, and I ended up fixing the valve myself. But that's a minor point; it's definitely worth recommending!"

"Our first stop on our Inner Mongolia trip, and this hotel comes highly recommended! The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and the night view was fantastic. The staff at the front desk, in the restaurant, and the concierge were all exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special shout-out to Ryan at the front desk, who, seeing we had a child, upgraded our room for free! I also want to thank the hotel for helping me mail back a lost item!"

"This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination."

"Very new hotel, close to the convention center thief, not far from the grassland in the city, although I did not go, but from the city center, Baobo is about ten kilometers away, less than 10 kilometers from the East Station... The water on the first floor was drunk when I walked, very good. Hotel hardware is good, it is worth staying"

"First of all, the room that can be checked in at 14:00, 18:40 barely cleaned up the room and checked in successfully. Secondly, the environment and service attitude are OK. In terms of hygiene, my bedding is a bit fine. I don’t know what it is. The hotel hopes to reserve more cleaning aunts, not these aunts. Especially during the 11th holiday, after all, it is not enough to open for a month, understandable, but this omission should not occur throughout the season."

I especially want to praise the dining: the breakfast boasts 88 varieties, with authentic Inner Mongolian shaomai, lamb offal soup, and milk tea; the afternoon tea is exquisite; and the late-night snack is heartwarming – you'll never have to worry about meals. The restaurant environment is elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows and light-and-shadow design, perfect for both dining and photography. It truly satisfies both your culinary and aesthetic desires, absolutely fantastic!"
