"Centrally located in Changchun, it's convenient to get anywhere. Though the decor feels a bit dated due to its age, it still exudes the grandeur of a seasoned five-star hotel. The layout is practical and easy to use, especially the L-shaped sofa by the window, which is both functional and comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety, but the taste is just average. Even during peak breakfast hours with many guests, the guidance and service remain quite efficient. Across the street is MixC Mall, with plenty of dining options, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay, and the whole family was very satisfied."

"The room decor was luxurious, and the view from the window was excellent, with sunlight filling the room during the day, making for a very comfortable stay. A big thank you to Lauren for her consistent attentiveness and warmth. **Facilities**: The facilities were brand new and odorless. The indoor temperature was just right, and the windows were sparkling clean. There was an air purifier, dehumidifier, coffee machine, and capsule coffee maker. Both the smart toilet and curtains worked perfectly, and the floor-to-ceiling window let in plenty of light. The multi-level lighting adjustment in the room was very comfortable! **Cleanliness**: The cleanliness was exceptional; everywhere was spotless! **Environment**: The hotel's soundproofing and the surrounding environment were very pleasant. Parking was super convenient; they even registered my license plate before check-in, making entry and exit a breeze. **Service**: I want to particularly highlight the service. I've been traveling around several cities in Jilin Province recently and have stayed in a few five-star hotels, but the InterContinental Gaoxin was by far the most satisfying! Whether it was the service, facilities, or environment, it was simply the best! Before check-in, Lauren contacted me to prepare all the items I needed, and when I got to the room, everything was already there. When they learned my child had a fever, they gave us several bottles of water. Additionally, we ordered chicken soup to help him sweat, and my child said it was delicious. Throughout our stay, whenever we had a request, the response was incredibly quick. Moreover, the overall hotel service was excellent; any requests were handled extremely fast and promptly, surprisingly so – it was the quickest service I've experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in over the years. The front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and customer service staff all had excellent attitudes. The breakfast had a huge variety. The juices were freshly squeezed, the bread was freshly baked, and the beef noodle soup truly lived up to its reputation, with lots of beef. The dinner buffet was à la carte and made fresh, not the typical cold self-service type. While the variety wasn't huge, it was still excellent for a hotel buffet (much better than the Wanda buffet)! Here's a ranking of the five hotels I've stayed at recently, for anyone who needs it: (1st: InterContinental Changchun Gaoxin, 2nd: Yanji Hongju Hotel, 3rd: Wanda Jin Changbaishan West Slope, Hunchun Jifeng International Hotel, 4th: Atour S Hotel Changchun Jilin University First Hospital (parking inconvenient, otherwise acceptable), 5th: Not recommended: Sheraton Changbaishan West.)"

"Stayed for two nights and the overall experience was consistently good. Upon arrival, knowing we were a family with a child, they upgraded us to a suite with a microwave and washing machine, which was very convenient. Special thanks to Xinxin, who was always enthusiastic in answering our questions, handled things reliably, and provided genuine and natural service without stiff formalities. We felt very much at ease. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Changchun Film Studio and next to 'This Is Mountain' cultural complex. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town."

"This was my favorite hotel during my trip to the Northeast! It's so unique. The moment you open the door, you're enveloped in a sense of history. The bathroom is large and has a three-part separation. A century-old hotel isn't something every city has. Make sure to choose the Yingbin Building for the authentic old charm. The breakfast was delicious and definitely worth paying extra for. The tofu pudding was absolutely amazing! I had at least three bowls every day! Highly recommend! Just a few minor issues: The walk from the train station to the hotel was quite far. Even though it's across the street, the underground city is massive. There's a direct elevator at the hotel entrance. Walking all that way late at night to get luggage was exhausting. The signs weren't clear – I'm not sure if this is a hotel issue or a subway management issue. Finally, the room decor has an 'old cadre' style, which is a matter of personal taste. The guest room elevators were a bit circuitous; you have to walk quite a bit and take two different elevators."

"Located near the bustling Hongqi Street, I blindly trusted this Atour hotel because I had a good experience at their other properties before. It just goes to show, even with a big chain, you should still do your research. Usually, when I stay at Atour, they provide drip coffee, so I didn't bring any on this trip. Upon checking in, I noticed there wasn't any in the room. I casually asked the front desk if they forgot to provide it (Atour's kettles are perfectly designed for drip coffee), and the front desk agent subtly implied that my room type wasn't 'eligible' for complimentary drip coffee. I was utterly baffled. First of all, it's not like I desperately needed those two packets of coffee; I could easily order delivery and have it in ten minutes. Secondly, while I didn't book a 'top-tier luxury lake view' room, I did book a 'superior city view king' room at a mid-to-high price point. And as a gold member, I'm 'not eligible'? Then, to top it off, the guy at the front desk condescendingly said that since I asked for it, they would send it up anyway. Well, no one ever sent it, not that night nor the next day until I checked out. I found it quite amusing – who cares about his two packets of drip coffee? Secondly, when checking in, the front desk girl mentioned we hadn't booked breakfast. I confirmed we wouldn't be having breakfast, and she silently rolled her eyes, but unfortunately, I saw it. I've been staying at Atour since before they had so many locations, and I initially thought their rapid expansion over the past few years was a good thing. However, ever since they started using celebrities to sell merchandise, it seems the experience of us loyal members no longer matters. I hope their new 'business model' can withstand the test of the market."

"Experienced the newly opened Atour, tell the heart! The biggest advantage of the new store is that all the equipment is brand new, the room is bright and clean, and there is no need to worry about the old facilities. I like Atour's bed the most. I lie down for a day and decompress it. The sound insulation is also online. The front desk partners are gentle and check in is not delayed. The public area bamboo living atmosphere is very good, you can sit for a while in your free time. Self-service laundry is really a boon for long-distance travelers! A new store that pays attention to detail and is full of temperature, recommended to friends who want to come here."

"The hotel's location is superb, offering an exclusive view of half of Nanhu Lake. Staying here means you don't even need to visit Nanhu Park across the street; the hotel itself is a massive park. While strolling around the grounds, you can even spot the villa of Director Jin and Secretary Qu from 'A Lifelong Journey,' Big Brother and Sister-in-law's birch forest, and the tree-lined path Bingkun and Zheng Juan walk home on at the end of the show."

"I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to Tingting at the front desk for this stay! When I arrived to check in, Tingting was incredibly warm and polite throughout the entire process. She handled everything efficiently and smoothly, so there was no long wait. She was patient and detailed in her communication, proactively informing me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and important notes about room facilities. She even thoughtfully recommended local transportation and dining spots. Later on, when I had some questions, she answered them promptly and kindly, always maintaining a gentle and patient demeanor. Her service was truly heartfelt. Unlike typical mechanical greetings, she was genuinely sincere and attentive to every detail, showing a very high level of professionalism. Excellent front desk service is the face of any hotel, and Tingting's thoughtful and attentive service significantly enhanced my stay. I'm so grateful for her dedicated hospitality; it made my trip feel incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you're lucky enough to be assisted by Tingting during your visit, you're guaranteed to have a wonderful experience.
