Μπουτίκ ξενοδοχεία σε Aarhus

"Un excellent séjour ! Notre séjour s'est vraiment très bien passé. L'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable et super bien équipé, on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Côté table, la nourriture est très bonne ! Le seul petit bémol concerne les petits travaux actuellement en cours, mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre expérience. Pour tout le reste, c'était vraiment parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !"

"Fabulous in every way. From our arrival in the late afternoon when Alexander on Reception welcomed us with a smile and the key to our room to our departure two days later again with a genuine smile and wave goodbye we felt well looked after. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such .. it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.  The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable .. one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far.  And a REAL plant .. a sweet touch.  My only one slightly unsmiley face .. the shower over a bath tub .. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some.  All in all a fabulous hotel, comfortable clean stylish room, friendly helpful staff… oh and the most wonderful breakfast (included) .. would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Aarhus."

"Very retro hotel, the facilities are a little old, but the breakfast here is particularly good! I have stayed in many hotels on business trips abroad. The taste of this breakfast can basically be ranked in my mind. In addition, the service attitude is also very good. There is a handwritten welcome letter in the room when you check in. It feels very hard!"

"I stayed four nights in this hotel on the executive 11th floor in a business class room The good thing is beds are comfortable there is a nice desk with more than enough space to put your laptop on and to work whilst travelling located near the city centre with plenty of good restaurants nearby hotel is quiet people in the reception are very friendly the bad news is that the rooms are super boring there is no colour the bathroom is really outdated one that you will find in a home for the elderly with a toilet with urine stains it was not worth its money I paid €1350.00 for four nights and it was definitely not worth it had to stay there because of a Congress at the nearby conference centre other than that if I knew this before I think I would have chosen another hotel"

"L’hôtel bénéficie d’un excellent emplacement au cœur d’Aarhus, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements. Malheureusement, les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur des tarifs pratiqués. Le confort de la chambre reste très moyen pour cette catégorie de prix, et le ménage n'est pas fait quotidiennement. À ce niveau de prix, on s'attend à un service beaucoup plus rigoureux. Dommage."

"Located near the Aarhus Museum, it was easy to sightsee in the area. There is a market next to the entrance, and the interior is more beautiful than the exterior. The room is spacious and convenient. The bathroom was slightly inconvenient due to water splashing during the shower, but overall, it offers good value for money. Recommended."

"I have actually stayed at this hotel several times before, however this is the first time I experienced what I would describe as TERRIBLE service from one of the hotels employees. A large Danish man who was manning the reception at the time of our departure was incredibly rude to my friend whom I was staying at the hotel with. She is Chinese, and he addressed her condescendingly using racist slur and almost speaking to her as if she was a criminal trying to cheat the hotel. A very disappointing experience at an otherwise wonderful hotel. All the other employees we encountered during our stay (all female employees) were very nice and helpful, but nonetheless, with the price charged by this hotel, I find it unacceptable to receive terrible and offensive treatment from any single one employee. I truly hope the hotel will view this feedback positive and constructive, as it is just one single person in your organization ruining it. "

"This hotel allows early check-in. There were construction scaffolding outside the window of the first room. The second room had no wifi signal. It happened that my data card ran out and I could only handle things in the corridor. The third room had wifi signal. The waiters were pretty nice. They helped me take care of the room without any pushback. It's rare that this hotel has a gym. No one goes there in the morning. Although there are not many equipments, they are usable. There is free coffee. There are two-in-one towels, shower gel and shampoo, and you can bring your own toothbrush."

"We had booked 1 room, where it said it was not approved, completely OK, We tried again and it went through and we got an email about it so everything was just fine, we were happy because we had been there before. We showed up on the day, were a little early for it, but if we paid 100kr, we could get in at 3 pm, but we sat down and drank a cup of coffee and waited so the time would suit, our family came later. They ask if we want the key, since two rooms have been booked, we say no thank you because we don't want their room. Now our children come and get their key, where they say there is a book another room, we say no and show our first room, had not gone through and they could see that. But... now they had to call and investigate what had happened, my brother-in-law was very helpful and talked and told, but it took approx. 1 1/2 hours  And investigate it, well he got 1 drink ticket as a thank you for the help. We were going to eat, there were 4 of us. We ordered and it said blue potatoes, where I said we didn't just want chips, no it was a kind of blue potato, but it was chips so we went up to the chef and asked for real potatoes and we got that, everything Ok. Our children ordered a steak and there was some greens that they chose from and asked for extra potatoes instead, they got two very small rösti, they got it twice more, that was so nice. When we had to pay there were extra potatoes on the bill 130 kr. We had never tried that anywhere, but Ok we paid. What should have been a good weekend just turned into a very bad experience, we have never experienced anything like it 😡 B h Lissi Lind (A very dissatisfied customer)"
