"My stay was from late February to early March, and I was in room 5503. The first thing I noticed, and it's a major plus, is the fantastic location. It's incredibly convenient for island hopping, being right next to the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. The bus terminal is also within walking distance, making airport access and getting around the city a breeze. Even as a first-timer to Ishigaki, I felt very comfortable getting around. Breakfast was served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM at ”Toreador” on the first floor, a Japanese and Western-style buffet. I used it and was pleased to find a good selection of Okinawan dishes, like Goya Champuru and Okinawa Soba, really adding to the vacation feel. It was great that it opened early, allowing plenty of time to eat even before heading out to the islands. The breakfast ticket system was well-managed, and the instructions at check-in were clear, so there was no confusion. My room was generally clean and had a calm atmosphere. While the facilities weren't brand new, they were well-maintained and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to get a good rest after tiring days of sightseeing. Being on a higher floor was also a plus, as I wasn't bothered much by outside noise and enjoyed a peaceful stay. The staff were very polite and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Their explanations for sightseeing and hotel facilities were easy to understand, which was reassuring. I feel that this kind of attentive service significantly enhances the overall satisfaction of the stay. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent balance of location, convenience, price, and service. I'd particularly recommend it to anyone planning to visit the outlying islands. Even including the actual breakfast and use of the public bath, my satisfaction was high. It's a reliable base for an Ishigaki Island stay. I would definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Ishigaki."

"The breakfast offered a wide variety of good quality options, and even on weekdays, the hotel had a high occupancy rate. The staff were very friendly; I was particularly touched when the gentleman responsible for cleaning in the morning bowed to me in a traditional Japanese greeting. We booked sea view rooms through Trip.com, and my friend and I each made separate bookings. It turned out the room types were slightly different, with one being much closer to the sea, which led to a bit of a disagreement with the front desk. Luckily, we speak Japanese, and the hotel eventually made a compromise, for which I'm grateful! I hope Trip.com can be more accurate when describing room types during the booking process to avoid such unnecessary hassle. The hotel is right by the sea, and the water is clear, but it's a shame there's no sandy beach, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms are also on the smaller side."

"The fire alarm went off for over 30 minutes in the early morning. Hotel staff didn't come out until about 10 minutes later and offered no official explanation. They only spoke in Japanese to the people who had evacuated outside, and then simply said ”no fire” in English. The next day, there was still no announcement, and the staff's handling of the situation was very disappointing. The pool had a lot of leaves and debris floating in it, and cleaning only happened much later. There were no staff members at the pool, so I couldn't ask for towels or request a cleaning. The service really fell short compared to the facilities."

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was simply scrumptious. Check-in was a breeze, and they even offered us refreshing welcome drinks that were delicious. It was also in a convenient location, with an easy walk to convenience stores, the port, and several restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!"

"The hotel has a sea view across the street, and I found it fascinating how the pool seemed to be connected to the ocean. Dinner included a barbecue and a formal course meal. Since the barbecue was fully booked, I opted for the course meal, which was fantastic! Breakfast was also delicious, and the surrounding area was well-maintained, making it a great place to take pictures. I wanted to see the stars at night, but it was a bit cloudy, so I couldn't really see them. There was also a stargazing tour available at the hotel. There was a small souvenir shop within the hotel, which I browsed and found a variety of souvenirs to buy. I'd love to visit this hotel again!"

"The hotel is in good location and very accessible to city area. The staffs are friendly and it is to great pleasure with the tour centre inside inside the hotel which you can easily book a lot of outdoor activities without worrying all the transportation arrangements. The availability with massage shops, souvenir shop, spa and sauna, swimming pool, bar and restaurants are very comprehensive and you can just enjoyed all kinds of amenities by staying in this one single hotel. There are some restaurants nearby the hotel as well which also serve as a very good alternative for dining options."

"This is a great resort on the island. The rooms are spacious, and they have a bonfire at night. Check-in was quick with no waiting. Everything was excellent, perfect for a relaxing stay. The only minor downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, but there are always taxis waiting."

"Arrived on a rainy day, but the room view was amazing. However, the room condition wasn't as clean as I'd hoped, and I even spotted a cockroach ^^; But I understand that these resort-style areas tend to have a lot of bugs anyway. Due to a typhoon warning, I spent a lot of time indoors, but the variety of programs and the indoor pool made it bearable. Next time, I'd love to visit on a nice, sunny day."

"Location: A bit remote, so driving is recommended. Be aware that most restaurants nearby close before 6 PM, but there are still one or two good options within a 4-minute drive. It's right next to a beautiful beach, and you can book snorkeling/diving excursions there. Service and Environment: The staff were excellent and very friendly. We booked the Villa with Garden View - Non-Smoking, and the room had a lovely woody scent upon entry. However, be careful ⚠️ of insects. The environment is quiet and secluded, with only minor signs of wear and tear. Dining Service: We chose the package that included breakfast, but don't set your expectations too high for it. Overall, I would still recommend it."

"This hotel is very new and clean and modern. The location is prime. Right across the street of the terminal. If you choose higher floor, you will enjoy the ocean view with clear view of the terminal and can even see the big cruise ship. Right next to the hotels are some shops and restaurants. The room itself is extremely spacious and plenty of space for your suitcase and clothes to hang around to dry. The breakfast is good. You can order as much as you can and it was very tasty. You can also store the luggage in the hotel to suit your day trips to the nearby island. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone but please be sure to book early as it runs out fast."
