"My stay was from late February to early March, and I was in room 5503. The first thing I noticed, and it's a major plus, is the fantastic location. It's incredibly convenient for island hopping, being right next to the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal. The bus terminal is also within walking distance, making airport access and getting around the city a breeze. Even as a first-timer to Ishigaki, I felt very comfortable getting around. Breakfast was served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM at ”Toreador” on the first floor, a Japanese and Western-style buffet. I used it and was pleased to find a good selection of Okinawan dishes, like Goya Champuru and Okinawa Soba, really adding to the vacation feel. It was great that it opened early, allowing plenty of time to eat even before heading out to the islands. The breakfast ticket system was well-managed, and the instructions at check-in were clear, so there was no confusion. My room was generally clean and had a calm atmosphere. While the facilities weren't brand new, they were well-maintained and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to get a good rest after tiring days of sightseeing. Being on a higher floor was also a plus, as I wasn't bothered much by outside noise and enjoyed a peaceful stay. The staff were very polite and helpful, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Their explanations for sightseeing and hotel facilities were easy to understand, which was reassuring. I feel that this kind of attentive service significantly enhances the overall satisfaction of the stay. Overall, the hotel offers an excellent balance of location, convenience, price, and service. I'd particularly recommend it to anyone planning to visit the outlying islands. Even including the actual breakfast and use of the public bath, my satisfaction was high. It's a reliable base for an Ishigaki Island stay. I would definitely want to stay here again on my next visit to Ishigaki."

"We liked the SPA and the inside pool (the outside pool was closed in the winter, but they still fill it with the water so it looks nice). Especially our baby enjoyed the small slides they have in the inside pool. They have a free shuttle bus to and from the airport which goes on the schedule posted on the hotel website."

"We have enjoyed our stay and it was because of a great job their staff are doing. Every crew, every shift. They all were perfect. They have helped us with every little thing, every issue we've had. They even showed us different rooms in case we are not satisfied with ours. We are sorry to bother you and grateful at the same time. Yes, the breakfast is excellent. Yes, they have welcome ice cream and welcome drinks. Yes, the location is very close to the port and city . Yes, they have plenty of amenities you might need. But the staff is why I recommend this hotel."

"Choosing Comfort Hotel was truly a delightful surprise. It was my first time visiting Ishigaki Island in Okinawa, and I picked this hotel based on reviews and its environment. I didn't expect the hotel to be so good overall, especially the rooms – they were spacious, clean, bright, and had windows that could be opened. The bathroom was also large, and the power outlets were conveniently placed, which was very thoughtful. There's a coastline nearby and a large supermarket. What's even better is the conveyor belt sushi restaurant just a hundred meters away, offering fresh ingredients at reasonable prices. There's also a Yaeyama Soba shop nearby with great food. All in all, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Spotless Environment: Beautiful Service: Attentive and prompt"

"I stayed at the Toyoko Inn Okinawa Ishigaki Hotel. I felt great when I checked in and entered my room, as I could see the ocean. Also, the breakfast suited my taste, the coffee was unlimited, and the room was very clean. I would like to stay at this hotel on my next business trip. I highly recommend it."

"The environment is beautiful, and the room isn't too small. There's a large outdoor hot spring bath on the upper floor. If the weather is clear, you can even see the Milky Way from the pool! Breakfast was delicious! They even have Yaeyama soba, haha."

"✨ Highlights: • The room experience exceeded our expectations! The Coral Wing Selection Room was incredibly spacious, featuring an entryway and a separate bathroom. The two bunk beds were also very wide. Even though it's the Coral Wing, we still had a stunning ocean view with a fantastic panorama. The room facilities were new, and the toiletries were Byredo, which smelled wonderful. • The breakfast was tasty, and the hotel's location was a huge plus: very close to the airport, easy to get a taxi, and within walking distance to Don Quijote and nearby restaurants, making shopping and dining very convenient. • The hygiene and hardware facilities were well-maintained, and public facilities like the pool were excellent. It's a shame we only stayed one night and didn't get to experience them. ⚠️ Areas for Improvement: • The front desk service wasn't very welcoming; there was no guidance at all during check-in. The hotel itself is like a big maze, and it took us over half an hour to find our room, which detracted from the overall experience. • Upon check-out, we were charged an additional resort fee of about 50 RMB per person. While not a large amount, it would be better if it were included directly in the room rate. Paying in two separate installments felt a bit odd. • Some public facilities in the Coral Wing were slightly dated, a bit of a contrast to the brand-new feel of the guest rooms. Overall, the room itself, the location, and the environment were all excellent and up to InterContinental standards. If they could improve service details and check-in guidance, the experience would be much better. It's a good choice for a short, transitional one-night stay."

"The hotel's location is excellent, with a large supermarket nearby. It's also only a 10-minute drive to the shopping street and Ishigaki Island ferry terminal, which is very convenient! Most of the staff are friendly and polite, and they proactively greet you when they see you. The hotel uses a QR code as the room key. I saw online that others mentioned receiving an email to fill out personal information for check-in before arrival, and then they'd receive the QR code. However, I didn't receive the email even on the day of check-in and when I arrived at the hotel (3:30 PM). When I got to the front desk, one female staff member seemed a bit displeased, perhaps because she had to help me check in manually. That was a slight drawback at that moment! But overall, this hotel is still of very high quality!"

"Great place for single traveller to stay and explore the Beauties of Ishigaki ! The guest house not only offers clean and tidy place to stay, but also provides many information about visiting islands . Come and feel it."

"This time I stayed at this hotel, I was really satisfied with 👍. The hotel staff is very good, you can also help to book the restaurant ～ If there is a problem with communication, as long as the mobile phone translation can communicate with them! The room is oversized, so big that children can play hide and seek in it 🐱 There is also a washing machine, it is very convenient to dry clothes on the balcony, the weather is good and it will be dry the next day 😆 There are also spare parts, and they will be replenished every day! The refrigerator will also replenish large bottles of mineral water and Okinawa tea every day. The kitchen equipment is also very complete, we also went to the supermarket to buy and the cow came back to fry ～ super enjoy ～ Every afternoon at 2～ 6 o'clock there is afternoon tea, the focus is beer, red wine, liquor ⋯ and so on! There is also BlueSeal ice cream to eat, the taste is vanilla, red potato, lemon, chocolate, and other small biscuits to eat. It is really good to enjoy afternoon tea by the beach. The breakfast is quite exquisite, there is a set meal to order, salad, drinks, bread are self-service, breakfast is also eatenㄧ times this time, really delicious 😋 After checking out, the child also designated to come to Ishigaki Island to stay in this hotel next time 🥰"
