"The most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Someone took my perfume from my room, and of course, no one knows anything. They were empathetic and helpful during my stay, but it’s clear they don’t know how to manage their staff. This experience forces me to give them the lowest rating. When I mentioned filing a police report, as this was a theft, they were completely indifferent. I will definitely file complaints everywhere. The stolen item was an expensive Killian perfume. I’d rather have an unmade bed than lose my belongings in my own room."

"Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ όμορφα και πάνω απ' όλα πολύ καθαρά. Όλα όσα χρειαζόμαστε είναι διαθέσιμα και αισθανόμασταν καλά ανεβασμένα ως οικογένεια. Το πρωινό είναι μικρό αλλά είναι εντάξει μόνο που θα θέλαμε να γεμίσουμε με αυτό, για παράδειγμα, ένα βιασμό και έναν καθρέφτη. Όταν ήμασταν εκεί λίγο μετά τις 9:00, δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε τίποτα άλλο και δεν έφτασε τίποτα."

"The hotel is located in a hillside with nice views. The hotel design is very unique. The room also has a small balcony with views of the surrounding scenery. However, we stayed on the third floor, and there was no elevator, so carrying our luggage up was a bit difficult."
