They immediately helped with our luggage as soon as we arrived and were attentive throughout our stay. **Great Facilities:** The lobby is spacious and has an elevator, making it easy to get around. The rooms have high ceilings, making them airy and bright, and feature well-designed, warm wooden furniture along with two incredibly soft, large beds – you'll sleep soundly until you naturally wake up. The in-room lighting creates a wonderful atmosphere. **Spotless Cleanliness:** The room's cleanliness was impeccable. A short walk along the path leads to the Irtysh River, where the evening breeze and the sound of the flowing water are incredibly therapeutic. Staying here when visiting Koktokay is definitely a decision you won't regret."
