"The guesthouse in Yangjiao Village, Kinmen was absolutely fantastic! My husband and I had a wonderful time there! 😁😁 The large room was clean and comfortable, and the owner was incredibly kind, providing pick-up and drop-off service – so touching!! The staff were very helpful, the room had fresh air, and the bathroom and bedding had absolutely no odor. If you ever have the chance to stay at this guesthouse, I highly recommend it! "Paid just over a thousand for a lake-view room, and honestly, this is the worst hotel I've stayed in for this price point. My main issues are twofold: First, the breakfast selection was very limited, and the peanuts weren't even fresh – they actually served stale food! Second, there was a horrible mildew smell coming from the sink drain in the room, which was really off-putting. The only silver lining was that there's a duty-free shop right downstairs, which made shopping very convenient!"

"Super strategic location with walking distance to most food places in Kinmen old town. There are limited parking lots next to the hotel (for car rentals), if you rent their cars which are more expensive, they have different lots for them. The hotel does not provide toothbrush so be prepared for that. Do check out the popular stir fry restaurant next to the hotel (and a temple), they have good range of seafood with reasonable prices"

"We stayed at ”Dongyidianhong Jindun Garden” in Kinmen for three days and two nights, and the entire trip was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. Our group included friends and families, and everyone genuinely felt that the warm hospitality and attentive care of the guesthouse owners made the trip exceptionally warm and unforgettable. The owners are exceptionally clean, and the guesthouse was meticulously maintained, with every detail spotless and refreshing. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy, reflecting the owners' thoughtfulness and gentleness. The couple were kind and sincere, providing attentive and considerate service, making us feel safe and relaxed, like returning to a friend's home. Next to the bar, there was a heartwarming corner with coffee and tea prepared by the owners, overflowing with warmth and kindness. Even more remarkable was that the two owners were also fantastic drivers and guides, carrying countless stories of Kinmen in their hearts, which they shared with us along the way, giving us a deeper understanding and love for this land. The most comforting thing was their adorable dog, Xiao Huang, gentle and affectionate. In the morning, Xiao Huang accompanied the children all the way to the beach. This warm and healing time will surely become a precious, shining memory in their childhood. I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful guesthouse with its warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was a perfect and therapeutic stay. I look forward to my next trip to Kinmen and definitely returning to Dongyidianhong for another heartwarming experience!"

"It was my first time to book accommodation online. Since I share the same surname as Dai's B&B, I felt very familiar with it, so I decided to stay there. I am very happy to meet someone with the same surname as Dai from Kinmen! We are treated like family, which makes our participation in the ”Veteran Repayment Fund” this year even more like going home. I ate the rice noodle soup, taro porridge, and hand-grinded latte coffee from Dai’s B&B. I really like Sister Dai’s cooking skills and the coffee she makes. The dense and delicate taste is the best coffee I have ever tasted! Thank you to the Dai sisters for your warm service. We will still stay at Dai’s B&B again when we go to Kinmen."
