"The hotel is located in the bustling city center with convenient underground parking. It's just a few hundred meters from the famous Tashilhunpo Monastery, which we visited. The hotel's breakfast was the best among the six hotels we stayed at during our six-night trip. However, there were two aspects during our stay that I wasn't happy with: 1. The room's air conditioning temperature was locked at around 27 degrees Celsius, and it took a long time for me to cool down after showering at night. 2. The oxygen supply for the morning ended at 9 AM, so I was woken up when the oxygen was cut off, even though I wanted to sleep in. Other than that, the hotel generally met the expected Atour standards."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Everything was thoughtfully done, and the price was excellent value. The front desk service was warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and patient, answering all my questions promptly. The whole process was smooth. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, good natural light and ventilation, a reasonable layout, and complete toiletries. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, making me feel very safe. The most positive aspect was the stable oxygen supply. Staying in a high-altitude area, I had no worries about altitude sickness. The oxygen equipment worked well and was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The restaurant offered a wide variety of authentic dishes. The breakfast selection was extensive, the ingredients were fresh, and the dining environment was clean and quiet. The service was prompt, making for a very comfortable dining experience. The gym was well-equipped and well-maintained. The space was clean and tidy, making it convenient to exercise, ideal for travelers who want to stay active. Parking was convenient, with dedicated parking spaces. The area was spacious, safe, and worry-free, especially for those driving. Overall, the environment, service, and facilities were all excellent. I would definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!"

"On the evening of April 30th, after completing the Kora and on my way back, I stayed at the Hilton Shigatse once again. Manager Wangjiu Basang warmly and efficiently handled my check-in. The next morning, I flew from Shigatse Heping Airport to Shenzhen, with a layover in Chengdu. It wasn't until I was unpacking my luggage at home that I realized I had left my phone charger in the hotel room. With a 'nothing to lose' attitude, I contacted Manager Wangjiu Basang. He immediately assured me not to worry and said he would look for it right away. Soon enough, the charger was found, and it has already been returned to me via SF Express. Although it's a small matter, Manager Wangjiu Basang's professional and responsible work attitude is truly commendable!"

"I found this hotel on short notice when I arrived, and it exceeded my expectations! The stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel environment was clean and elegant, the room had good natural light and soundproofing, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. It was the most comfortable night I slept here. Check-in was efficient, the staff were friendly and attentive, the cleanliness was impeccable, and attention to detail was excellent. It's a top choice for travel and deserves a five-star recommendation."

"I've stayed in many hotels while traveling alone, but this is the only one in Tibet that has been truly satisfying and comfortable. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the front desk staff clearly explained breakfast times and offering times. They even gave me a welcome gift and said many heartwarming things, unlike the perfunctory service at other hotels. From check-in to check-out, I was truly touched by the warmth of the staff here. The breakfast spread is excellent, and all the facilities are quite good. Most importantly, they solved my parking problem, which was a huge relief. This is definitely a hotel worth recommending!"

"The hotel service was excellent, and the rooms were great. They looked newly renovated. This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely recommend it to other friends. The reception staff were different on both occasions, but their attitude towards me was the same – they were all very pretty and gentle. The young ladies were all very pretty. I mentioned it was dry, and they even gave me two extra bottles of water, which was very thoughtful. The security guard also helped me park; I just gave him the key and didn't have to worry about anything. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much everyone!"
