"I have stayed here several times and this time I had an unexpected experience. The summary is as follows! 1. The online order was for a good breakfast, but when I got to the hotel, they said there was no breakfast during the Chinese New Year. 2 The air conditioner in the room was on all night but the temperature kept dropping. It wasn't warm at all after being on all night. 3. There is no hot water in the washbasin. You can only use water boiled in a kettle to wash. 4 A double room with two pillows, one with several holes in it and the other one not cleaned at all!"

"We called ahead to let the hotel know it was our 5th wedding anniversary and hoped they could decorate the room for us. We were so pleasantly surprised when we entered – red bedding and swans folded from towels really showed the hotel's thoughtfulness. Manager Kuang even gave us a tour of the hotel garden, where we met a cute golden retriever named Zhouzhou! I wasn't dressed appropriately to pet dogs, otherwise I definitely would have played with her. We heard they're planning to build a pet park and organize some parent-child activities soon, which sounds amazing. We hope to see it on our next visit. Special thanks to Aunt Bian Zhen from housekeeping, Manager Kuang from the front desk, and Pubu Zhaxi from security who helped us with our luggage and parking. These three were truly warm, enthusiastic, and responsible. Experiencing such excellent service in the highlands was even better than the St. Regis in Lhasa! Oh, and Miss Baima from the Liao Bar was also very lovely! We had an unforgettable anniversary."

"I highly recommend this hotel for a day trip to Shigatse, it's not far from the railway station. 1. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the train station, which was perfect as I had a Mount Everest tour the next day. It was very convenient to have the hotel's business car take me to the station, just arrange it with the front desk. 2. On the day of arrival, they provided complimentary snacks and dinner vouchers. After visiting Tashilhunpo Monastery in the afternoon, I didn't want to go out, so I just had a bowl of noodles at the hotel. 3. Before checking out today, the front desk lady even gave me a small gift: an eye mask, hand cream, ginger tea, and wet wipes. Since I was on my period today, these came in handy. They're all essential travel items. 4. The room was great, very clean. I asked for two extra bottles of water at night, and they were brought over immediately."

"Before I came, I chose one of the two at Hilton and here. At that time, I felt that this was more Tibetan and the hotel activities were very rich. Stayed for 3 nights, very much beyond expectations! Location: In a park with Panchen New Palace, so the surrounding is very quiet and the privacy feels good! If the weather is good, it takes only 20 minutes to walk to Zhashi Lumbu Temple and Xigexuan Pedestrian Street. Style: Modern combination of Tibetan style, very atmospheric, the garden under the sun, the water view at night are very beautiful. The room is ink green ＋ gray green, dotted with wooden furniture and Tibetan decoration, the whole is very elegant and very special. Room: The hotel has a floor, the rooms are in the periphery, so there seems to be an outdoor small yard, the lighting is very good. The room is large, the suite configuration, the equipment is very complete, I feel that the mattress is particularly comfortable! There is diffuse oxygen supply throughout the day, and there is a large humidifier, but I don't know if it is due to summer. The air conditioner has no effect on heating. It was a bit cold one night and it was not very warm after a long time. Service: Fruit snacks are delivered every day, butler service is very intimate and timely, and the hotel activities are super rich, such as copying scriptures, experiencing incense, experiencing painting Tangka, editing King Kong knot, Tibetan bath, travel shooting, movies, tea room, meditation ...... It is recommended to find someone to take a turn. The hotel itself is worth visiting, collecting many master Tangka, there are many Tibetan incense ingredients, reading room, tea room where Panchen masters often sit, etc. There are still a few free-range cats in the hotel. When I went there, there were two cats who went to have babies. There were Chunchun who would stroll in the hotel every day, and even ran to my room to bark. When I opened the door, I came to the room. Hahahaha who knows this kind of happiness?"

"The entire stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel felt like it was built to five-star standards in terms of facilities and operations. Many details were well done, such as providing toilet seat covers. The view of snow-capped mountains from the door was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the oxygen supply was truly abundant; during my nearly 10-day trip in Tibet, this was the hotel with the most adequate oxygen supply. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be to extend the oxygen supply time. The automatic shut-off after 8 hours is unreasonable; I recommend extending it to at least 9 hours to ensure I didn't experience oxygen deprivation while sleeping for more than 8 hours."
