"Highly recommend! This is the best among the top-rated hotels I've stayed at twice in Shigatse. The room is spacious and clean, the front desk service is excellent, and the breakfast is especially delicious with a great variety of dishes. Initially, because it was the off-season, the front desk offered room service, but as more guests checked in, it switched to a buffet. The welcome fruit was also very fresh. I'm honestly curious why this place doesn't have a higher rating; it should be the best in Shigatse. Seriously, I really, really recommend it. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so here are two photos from my trip, just to show I'm not a robot."

The oxygen equipment worked well and was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The restaurant offered a wide variety of authentic dishes. The breakfast selection was extensive, the ingredients were fresh, and the dining environment was clean and quiet. The service was prompt, making for a very comfortable dining experience. The gym was well-equipped and well-maintained. The space was clean and tidy, making it convenient to exercise, ideal for travelers who want to stay active. Parking was convenient, with dedicated parking spaces. The area was spacious, safe, and worry-free, especially for those driving. Overall, the environment, service, and facilities were all excellent. I would definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!"

"This was my first trip to Tibet, and after a lot of research, I chose the Hilton. Manager Ava contacted me in advance to reserve a parking spot and upgraded my room. The garden-facing room was very comfortable. The breakfast restaurant even offered Rhodiola rosea (a local herb). The hotel's location is quite good; I walked around the area and it seems to be right in the city center. It's also super convenient to get to the temples, just about a ten-minute drive."

"I've stayed in many hotels while traveling alone, but this is the only one in Tibet that has been truly satisfying and comfortable. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the front desk staff clearly explained breakfast times and offering times. They even gave me a welcome gift and said many heartwarming things, unlike the perfunctory service at other hotels. From check-in to check-out, I was truly touched by the warmth of the staff here. The breakfast spread is excellent, and all the facilities are quite good. Most importantly, they solved my parking problem, which was a huge relief. This is definitely a hotel worth recommending!"

"The entire stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel felt like it was built to five-star standards in terms of facilities and operations. Many details were well done, such as providing toilet seat covers. The view of snow-capped mountains from the door was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the oxygen supply was truly abundant; during my nearly 10-day trip in Tibet, this was the hotel with the most adequate oxygen supply. If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be to extend the oxygen supply time. The automatic shut-off after 8 hours is unreasonable; I recommend extending it to at least 9 hours to ensure I didn't experience oxygen deprivation while sleeping for more than 8 hours."

"The service was professional and very supportive. We were greeted with a Hada upon entering, which was a lovely touch reflecting the hotel's local character, and the Hada itself was of good quality. The ******* ladies were beautiful, warm, and provided excellent service, while the young men were very helpful. Breakfast was also great; even as vegetarians, we found suitable options. "Let me talk about the advantages first, the room is large, the health is OK, the breakfast is nothing wrong, the sound insulation in the room is OK, the people in the surrounding room can not hear the speech, the service is OK. Besides the disadvantages, a big disadvantage is the door of the room. First of all, the room door of this hotel is very thick and heavy. From the perspective of security, there is almost no buffer on this door, which means that it cannot stop by itself. It must be pulled by hand to stand. This led to a door closing without paying attention to itself, and because it was particularly heavy, the sound of closing the door was huge. I can clearly hear the sound of closing the door in several rooms around, and even the sound of closing the door upstairs can be transmitted downstairs. The huge intermittent irregular snoring was really loud. For a noise-sensitive person, I will not book this hotel again."
