As a travel professional, I have to say this is the most cost-effective hotel in Xinjiang during my entire trip. First, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spacious. Secondly, the bathroom had the largest water volume of any hotel we've ever stayed in, which was quite impressive. The breakfast was truly amazing. The restaurant isn't large, but the kitchen is constantly serving food. You won't find it impossible to find food when you arrive, as you do at other hotels. They always put customers first. The front desk lady was also very nice. It would be even better if they could show a little more of the warmth of the local people. Ultimately, this hotel is worth staying at and highly recommended.

I chose this Atour for my self-guided trip. The facilities and service were actually excellent, but the phrase ”smart toilet” left a bitter taste. I booked this hotel because they advertised ”every room has a smart toilet.” However, this ”smart toilet” only had two features: seat heating and automatic flushing when the lid closes. All the core functions of a smart toilet, such as sensing, washing, and drying, were completely missing. It was more like a regular toilet with basic seat heating. The word ”smart” simply doesn't apply. I brought this up with the hotel immediately. Their response regarding the service was very satisfying – they proactively sent fruit and wet wipes, without any excuses or bad attitudes. Atour genuinely excels in this aspect. There were no other complaints about the stay itself. The bed firmness was just right, soundproofing was good, hygiene was excellent, and the facilities and Wi-Fi all worked smoothly. I had a very restful night – completely up to Atour's usual standards. If I weren't nitpicking about the ”smart toilet” advertisement, I would have given it 5 stars. Currently, I'm giving it 4 stars, with that one missing star due to the discrepancy in advertising. I suggest the hotel either install truly multi-functional products or accurately update the booking page description – for example, ”equipped with a heated toilet seat.” The word ”smart” does not accurately reflect its current actual functions, and guests excitedly booking only to find a huge difference upon arrival truly impacts trust. I'll stay here again next time I drive to Shache, but I hope the booking page description will have been updated by then.

Parking was super convenient as they have their own lot. I'm very particular about parking; I always worry about my car getting dinged by other car doors when I'm traveling. We booked the most basic room, but since we arrived at the hotel around midnight with a child, the staff member at the front desk immediately upgraded us to their best suite so we could rest more comfortably. The hotel breakfast was just so-so.

The hotel is great. The room is big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel rate is reasonable. Location is within the city. You can walk to the old city, or take a didi which cost 5yuan. There are some nice restaurants next to the hotel. I had lunch at the Steamboat restaurant ( which seems popular with the local), and I enjoyed it.

The hotel has a great location with parking in front and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. A short walk to the right after exiting the hotel is a brightly lit food street lined with restaurants. The must-try Muqam Hometown Restaurant is only 1 kilometer away; the roasted pigeon there is delicious, I ate it two days in a row. The hotel breakfast is also good; it's a top choice for visiting Shache.

The facilities are complete and practical to meet daily needs. The sanitary condition is good, clean and tidy without odor. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and problems can be solved in time. This shopping experience is very good.

Orange and Hanting share a front desk. There's underground parking; you can ask the hotel for a parking pass upon check-out. The bedside amenities are complete but a bit shabby. If the charging cable breaks, you can only place it next to the bed. There's a full-length mirror in the room.

This is the most conscientious breakfast hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The head chef personally recommends the beef noodles and cooks them himself. The beef tendons are soft and fresh, and the soup is very flavorful. It's really great. But it's a pity that the breakfast was so delicious that I forgot to take pictures. It won’t be wrong for family members to rush directly.

The staff at the hotel front desk were very nice. The room was neat and clean, the night was quiet and the sleep was comfortable. The hotel is in an older part of the county, but very convenient. About ten minutes' walk from the hotel, there is a street full of restaurants. It took about ten minutes to take a taxi to the center of the new district. We arrived at a beautifully decorated restaurant with very good taste and local characteristics.

Location is closed to tourist attractions, good breakfast, friendly front desk, security guard is helping out different tasks, besides security duties. Close to local eateries. A/C system was not working properly.
