Review of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences, Madrid I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Faraona Luxury Residences in Madrid, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and comfort that truly set the tone for our stay. Incredible Room Experience The room we stayed in was nothing short of spectacular. Every detail was meticulously crafted, exhibiting a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was heavenly, adorned with silky sheets that made it feel like a dream. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. Exceptional Service The service at Casa Faraona was outstanding. The staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure our stay was perfect. They went above and beyond to cater to our needs, making us feel like valued guests every step of the way. Delicious Breakfast and Free Cocktails One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread that catered to every taste, from fresh pastries to hearty options. Additionally, the complimentary cocktails were a lovely touch, allowing us to unwind and enjoy the ambiance of the residence. Prime Location The location of Casa Faraona Luxury Residences couldn’t be better. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it provided easy access to some of the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. We loved being able to explore the vibrant streets and return to our luxurious oasis at the end of the day. In conclusion, Casa Faraona Luxury Residences exceeded all our expectations. With its stunning rooms, impeccable service, delicious breakfast, complimentary cocktails, and prime location, it offers an unforgettable experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Everything exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!

I booked a family room, and the sofa bed was a large and spacious double. The only issue was that room 305 had a TV with a poor signal, causing a pixelated screen. If you're looking to watch the World Cup or any other game, definitely avoid this room. Secondly, the air conditioner had a loud hum, which seemed to be a compressor issue. However, a good workaround was to turn down the fan speed, and it quieted down considerably. Other than that, there were no other major problems. The staff's response time was very quick, including fixing the AC (even though they just removed and cleaned the filter, their attitude was excellent, and they responded promptly). The day before leaving, I asked a male front desk staff member to help me book a taxi to the airport, and I was very grateful for his help with my luggage and seeing me off. Their English was also excellent (perhaps due to many English-speaking guests), so there were no communication problems whatsoever. The only downside was that when I booked, I saw comments saying Madrid isn't that big and you can take a taxi anywhere, which led me to book this hotel. In reality, a more central location would be more convenient for getting around. Even though the hotel is near Retiro Park, it's a 6-minute walk to the metro station, and there are buses nearby, but getting to the city center still takes over half an hour, and a taxi to El Corte Inglés takes 28 minutes... (considering it was 40-degree weather, you really don't want to walk that long). However, the fact that there were often taxis waiting right outside the hotel made up for this quite well. All in all, it was decent, but if you can choose a hotel in a more central, well-located area, go for that. If you want a quiet location with considerate, warm, and friendly staff, then choose this hotel. The room's mini-bar came with many complimentary drinks. There's a Carrefour just a 4-minute walk away, and many Chinese restaurants catering to Spanish people nearby, but Uber Eats can deliver better food from the city center in about an hour. They close late, around 11-12 PM in the summer, which is nice.

The whole place is very clean, and it's super close to the airport. There's a supermarket right next to the hotel, so shopping is really convenient. Lots of airline crews stay here too, which makes getting around easy. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants in the alley across the street that I'd recommend checking out.

I stayed at this hotel for three consecutive nights. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and there was a supermarket conveniently located right outside. A particular highlight was their underground parking garage: the entry and exit points were very wide, allowing even large vehicles to maneuver in and out smoothly, and the parking spaces themselves were very generously sized. The only minor downsides were that the hotel facilities felt a bit dated, and the shower water pressure was quite low. However, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. Overall, everything else was great – it was clean and the service was good.

Conveniently located near Chamartín Station with easy access to transport. The breakfast selection is extensive, but it can get crowded, so expect to queue. While the hotel is a bit older, it's clean, and the rooms are spacious.

We had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Madrid City Center. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Madrid and get around the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and offered great value for money. What made our stay even more memorable was the timing of our visit during the World Cup. We were incredibly lucky to be able to experience the Spain World Cup parade right from our hotel room balcony! It was such a unique and unforgettable experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a great location, good value, and a wonderful World Cup memory. Highly recommended!

Hard Rock Hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Atocha station. The entrance has steps, and staff kindly helped with our large luggages when we went inside to ask. The lobby looks trendy and welcoming at check-in. We booked a 4-night stay in a family room for two. Paying extra, we chose family room with two washing basins, as shown on their website and confirmed verbally at check-in. However, the room given had an extra rollaway bed set up and only one basin. After reminding front desk that we didn’t need the extra bed and specifically requested two basins, there was some delay—possibly due to language barriers. Eventually, the front desk agreed to rearrange our room. We appreciated this gesture, though initially the staff seemed reluctant, repeating “it is set up like that” and showing blank faces. I had to be assertive to explain that the extra bed defeats the purpose of paying more for extra space. Hotels should understand that some guests pay extra for bigger rooms without needing extra beds. Flexibility to remove the bed would improve guest experience. If I had known, I might have paid less for a standard room. In the end, they moved us to a room without the extra bed and with two sinks. While the staff handled this without smiles, they were friendly and responsive during the rest of our stay. This was my first time at Hard Rock Hotel, and perhaps cultural differences influenced the front desk’s reaction. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with tea, coffee, and a daily bottle of water. Though bar noise was audible from downstairs, it was not disturbing, and earplugs were provided. Housekeeping was always friendly and smiling. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel has excellent facilities. I’m unsure if I’d return, but the quality of the hardware is good. Hard Rock Hotel 距離 Atocha 車站步行不遠，10分鐘左右就到。門口有樓梯，我哋自行找了員工幫忙提行李入內。行入酒店大堂見時尚形格。 我哋預訂了四晚家庭房，比標準房貴一點因想多一點空間。並經酒店網頁宣傳圖見此房形有兩個洗手盆，我辦理入住時口頭提醒。但入到的房間已有多一張折疊床，且只有一個洗手盆。致電接待我哋二人不需要額外床，且特別要求兩個洗手盆後，因語言障礙可能溝通較慢，前台最終同意調整房間。 我哋感激有安排，但起初員工態度似乎有些抗拒，還說「額外床就是這樣安排的」，臉上毫無表情。我必須堅持解釋，多出來的床反而讓付費多出空間變得無意義。酒店應該理解或有單人住客會想選擇較大空間房形。能夠靈活移除或調整額外床會提升客人體驗。 最後，前台換了沒有額外床且有兩個洗手盆的family room房間。雖然當時處理時員工面無表情，但整體服務期間他們都友好且回應迅速。這是我第一次入住 Hard Rock Hotel，或許文化差異讓前台員工對這類服務顯得不自在。 房間本身寬敞乾淨，配置有茶包、咖啡及每日一支水。雖然能聽到樓下酒吧的聲音，但不影響休息，床邊還有耳塞。客房房務人員總是帶著笑容，非常親切。 總體來說，Hard Rock Hotel 硬體設施優秀，但暫時不確定會否再次入住。

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The only thing that for the price you pay was waiting a little more in the room (the dust had not passed in several days and I am allergic, the bed header was unspoken, there was some walls shaved, there was only one night mel and was damaged). A positive point was that there was a diffuser for the dryer, that is almost a miracle.

Located at one end of a strip of hotels near the airport, I've stayed at almost all of them. Their prices are all pretty similar, but this hotel consistently offers great value for money. It's highly recommended if you're catching a flight.
