"The hotel is very new and is close to the airport, which is perfect for late arrival and early flight. Seems it's also close to the new RM stadium site. Easy walk to a nearby rail station and can get to city center easily. Staff are welcoming and explained clearly. One draw back was that the coffee machine in the snack shop was not fixed after two days."

"Ibis Norte is a new, very clean hotel. The bar and restaurant area has a fun retro decor. The rooms are dark and minimalist - nice to come back to after an overstimulating day exploring the city. The gym was also very nice and there is a beautiful rooftop. The only thing I would like is if there was a little coffee or hot water machine in the room. It's only about a 10 minute walk from Metro Las Tablas which is very convenient."

"Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The hotel was spotless and very quiet. Parking was very convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were comprehensive, and fresh fruit was available 24/7 in the lobby. The view from the window was quiet and open."

"While the hotel has an excellent location, our overall experience did not quite meet our expectations considering the price per night. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was rather limited, especially when it came to hot dishes (comparing to Radisson Blu in Barcelona where we stayed this year). We also found very few gluten-free and lactose-free options. In addition, the breakfast area felt overcrowded, with tables placed very close to each other. The room was clean, but some details were surprising for a hotel in this price range. There were no slippers provided, and not even proper teaspoons for the cups in the room (only wooden sticks). The hotel's design is very modern, but it felt a bit dark to us and may not suit everyone's taste. On the positive side, the location is excellent (plenty of restaurants and main attractions nearby). Overall, the hotel was decent, but for this price we expected a higher level of comfort and breakfast quality."

"Very nicely appointed and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was good and the restaurant served excellent food. The shuttle was timely and the price was good. The location is near the airport but it’s in an industrial park and there’s nothing else around so you’re kk Enid stuck there. So good for a layover nothing more. The only negative I had was the shower …it’s a bathtub with a high side to step into and the tub itself is very slippery , so if you’re older or somewhat mobility restricted the shower is a real problem"

"This was the best out of the five hotels I stayed at during my trip to Spain and Portugal. The twin room was very spacious, with enough room for two large suitcases, plus a sofa and a table for two people to relax and eat. There was also plenty of space to hang clothes. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities were complete and very clean. The front desk staff were very polite and proactively offered a welcome gift for foreigners: a card that could be used at the nearby El Corte Inglés department store for a free drink and snack. Additionally, 10% of any shopping spend could be returned to the card for future use. The hotel is very close to the metro station entrance, just a 2-minute walk away. However, the elevator entrance is a bit further, taking 3-4 minutes. Getting to the city center only takes a few stops, which is very convenient."

JJasem AThe location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Madrid. Check-in was swift and efficient, with great service from Daniel, which set a positive tone upon arrival. Check-out was also smooth and well handled. The breakfast area and service were good but could use some improvement, both in organization and attentiveness. Concierge service was good. All front desk staff, bellboys, and door staff were excellent. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the condition of the room/bathroom. Housekeeping services and room cleanliness were extremely poor, to the point that it ruined what could have otherwise been a pleasant stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for me and my family and one of the main reasons we choose 5-star hotels, and in this regard, the hotel fell far short of expectations. This was particularly disappointing given that we had communicated with the hotel prior to check-in, yet the issue was not addressed despite the repeated and daily requests! I will not go into details nor post pictures out of respect, and just I hope that the hotel will pay attention to this. While some departments clearly made an effort, the lack of basic room cleanliness overshadowed those positives and ultimately defined the experience.

BBenTailThe hotel is nicely located, you can access the heart of the city by foot quite easily. Other than that, I felt like it was way overrated. The bed is large and comfortable but the room is small, the bathroom is like a leaking closet, there is a tiny window with views over the reception and the bar area which means you have absolutely no privacy if the black curtains are not closed. You hear the plumbing very loudly every time someone is using the flush in their room and you hear everything that is happening in the doorway. The electric plugs are out of their socket, the thing to hang your wet towels are broken and falling down every time you're putting your towel. For a 150€/night room, it felt like a scam as everything is very cheap quality. The worst part was the breakfast. 23€ if you pay the same day, 19,50€ if you book the day before. Guys, it's not worth your money ! It's ultra cheap quality. Something you can expect when you pay 10€ but definitely not more than 20€ ! You cannot even order freshly made eggs. It's all industrial products, very low quality and quite frankly not good (the fried potatoes are horrible). No fresh fruit juice, cold cuts are a disgrace for Spain. Nice gym. Small but well equipped. I haven't seen the pool. So yes the hotel looks good from the outside and the inside but I'm expecting they attract people with that, selling themselves as a hip and cool place but charging you way more than the low quality of what they are truly selling. I will not come back for this price.

PPink323Hard Rock Hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Atocha station. The entrance has steps, and staff kindly helped with our large luggages when we went inside to ask. The lobby looks trendy and welcoming at check-in. We booked a 4-night stay in a family room for two. Paying extra, we chose family room with two washing basins, as shown on their website and confirmed verbally at check-in. However, the room given had an extra rollaway bed set up and only one basin. After reminding front desk that we didn’t need the extra bed and specifically requested two basins, there was some delay—possibly due to language barriers. Eventually, the front desk agreed to rearrange our room. We appreciated this gesture, though initially the staff seemed reluctant, repeating “it is set up like that” and showing blank faces. I had to be assertive to explain that the extra bed defeats the purpose of paying more for extra space. Hotels should understand that some guests pay extra for bigger rooms without needing extra beds. Flexibility to remove the bed would improve guest experience. If I had known, I might have paid less for a standard room. In the end, they moved us to a room without the extra bed and with two sinks. While the staff handled this without smiles, they were friendly and responsive during the rest of our stay. This was my first time at Hard Rock Hotel, and perhaps cultural differences influenced the front desk’s reaction. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with tea, coffee, and a daily bottle of water. Though bar noise was audible from downstairs, it was not disturbing, and earplugs were provided. Housekeeping was always friendly and smiling. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel has excellent facilities. I’m unsure if I’d return, but the quality of the hardware is good. Hard Rock Hotel 距離 Atocha 車站步行不遠，10分鐘左右就到。門口有樓梯，我哋自行找了員工幫忙提行李入內。行入酒店大堂見時尚形格。 我哋預訂了四晚家庭房，比標準房貴一點因想多一點空間。並經酒店網頁宣傳圖見此房形有兩個洗手盆，我辦理入住時口頭提醒。但入到的房間已有多一張折疊床，且只有一個洗手盆。致電接待我哋二人不需要額外床，且特別要求兩個洗手盆後，因語言障礙可能溝通較慢，前台最終同意調整房間。 我哋感激有安排，但起初員工態度似乎有些抗拒，還說「額外床就是這樣安排的」，臉上毫無表情。我必須堅持解釋，多出來的床反而讓付費多出空間變得無意義。酒店應該理解或有單人住客會想選擇較大空間房形。能夠靈活移除或調整額外床會提升客人體驗。 最後，前台換了沒有額外床且有兩個洗手盆的family room房間。雖然當時處理時員工面無表情，但整體服務期間他們都友好且回應迅速。這是我第一次入住 Hard Rock Hotel，或許文化差異讓前台員工對這類服務顯得不自在。 房間本身寬敞乾淨，配置有茶包、咖啡及每日一支水。雖然能聽到樓下酒吧的聲音，但不影響休息，床邊還有耳塞。客房房務人員總是帶著笑容，非常親切。 總體來說，Hard Rock Hotel 硬體設施優秀，但暫時不確定會否再次入住。

GGuest UserIf I had known the suite would have a sofa bed and two single beds, I wouldn't have booked it. The cleanliness and environment were quite good. The room was spacious, and there was a large supermarket a few hundred meters away. The microwave was very convenient. I asked room service for a bottle opener, and they charged me 6 euros. I later returned it. Remember, delivery to the room costs money, but picking it up at the front desk downstairs is free.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and very tidy, and housekeeping did an excellent job daily. Maybe we were lucky, as we didn't encounter any of the bizarre issues mentioned in other reviews. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; we arrived at the hotel around 9 AM, and they kindly checked if our room could be prepared early. We were fortunate to get an early check-in. Everything went smoothly! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended! There was such a wide variety that it was easy to get overwhelmed and accidentally eat too much. I wasn't hungry for the rest of the day. The yogurt bar left a strong impression: thick yogurt, individual cream cheese balls, and cubed cheese curds, all served with nuts, sunflower seeds, dried plums, and dried dates. You could grab a ceramic bowl and mix and match to your heart's content. One bowl like that would keep me full until evening! 😄😄 It's a shame I didn't take any photos; I honestly forgot. The hotel was very thoughtful, with three coffee and tea stations. There was also a separate area with packaged snacks and drinks; it was really thoughtful for tourists to grab a couple on their way out. I will definitely come back here again when I visit Madrid.

DDazhazhadesuThe hotel is located right next to Retiro Park, on the edge of Madrid's central business district. It takes over half an hour by subway to get to the Royal Palace or the Prado Museum area, or about 15 minutes by taxi. The nearest metro station is a very close 3-minute walk away. The hotel's cleanliness was decent, but it's clear the facilities are quite old. I booked a room without breakfast, but for some reason, breakfast was complimentary, which was a nice surprise. The variety wasn't extensive, but the taste was acceptable. You could also order from a menu.

WWakayakaI booked quite late, so I could only find a place near the Retiro Park. However, the hotel room was quite spacious, over 20 square meters. The 32 bus route made it very convenient to get to various attractions and the train station. The breakfast was also quite substantial. If I get the chance next time, I'd like to stay somewhere more central for even easier transportation.

GGuest UserLove the theater theme throughout the hotel. The spiral staircase is a work of art, and the overall atmosphere is very sophisticated and chic. It really stands out from standard chain hotels. On the location: Perfectly situated on Gran Vía! I was able to walk to almost everything. Near Callao, Sol, and the Royal Palace are just minutes away. The reception staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful, which made the stay even better. Many thanks to Roberto and Patricia at the front desk for their exceptional service. Roberto was incredibly helpful with recommendations and arranging luggage storage while I continued my trip to Morocco. Patricia’s warm personality, efficiency, and attention to detail truly stood out from organizing my wake-up call to advising on the best route to the airport to avoid morning traffic. Always kind and smiling, she really makes you feel at home. Lastly, a big thank you to the lady for arranging help with my two large pieces of luggage, and to another gentleman at reception who made my check-out seamless. I forgot their names. But I highly recommend this hotel not only for its excellent location, but also for its stylish art deco and theater-themed rooms, which I find very stylish and defo a nice break from the standard and generic hotel decor standards. Especially the staffs who truly make me feel at home.. Thank you!

TTonda au JaponI don’t understand why when I pay over 150€ for the night I cannot get a free bottle of water. How much does it cost? 15 cents? Yet I still gotta pay 2€ from the mini bar. This is not in line with the standing of the hotel. Except from this, great staff and kind attitude towards guests. Nice room and convenient location between Madrid centre and airport.

SSS TripsBit hard to get to/from the airport they do have shuttle services but its a lil tricky navigating the site plus they are only available between certain hours of the day. Its in the middle of nowhere. Just industrial area and other hotels. Which forces you to dine in, breakfast is decent, but dinner was bad. Feel like the food in general is cheap, but charged at a premium. Poor quality ingredients for what you are paying for. I dont expect a mcchicken burger at 18euro. I expect a real chicken breast. Not mechanical blended meat. Other than that the place is actually really nice. Im a fan of that Scandinavian minimal look. Next time i would actually still stay here but just taxi to a nearby restaurant or uber eats some nicer food instead of dining in. Staff were lovely and helpful. Decent gym too. They need slightly heavier weights but you can get a good work out with thats there. I may of got swindled as I ordered a double and they put the singles together. I didnt want to make a fuss but look out for that.
