"Service: The receptionists were incredibly patient and attentive, providing excellent service. They showed me bus routes, helped me book a taxi, and offered the hotel's bicycle rental service – perfect! I also apologize for the inconvenience I caused the hotel due to my own negligence; it was a lifesaver! I haven't used cash in China for over ten years, I'll be more mindful in the future. Environment: The pictures show the nearby Tsukuba Library and HAL events. Environment: There's a coffee shop on the first floor connecting area. I strongly advise all tourists to avoid it. A tiny cup of coffee, about 100ml, costs nearly 700 yen – seven times the price of a vending machine! The service is also terrible. No wonder no Japanese people drink there; the surrounding area is mostly used for studying. The food area was empty for several days. I felt ripped off (this has nothing to do with the hotel, just a warning to avoid this coffee shop). It's a private matter. I should be a helper. China's domestic cash management system that is more than 10 years old is a cash management company that has been operating for more than 10 years. Environmental environment: Photos are close to Tsukuba library and HAL are in the library. The hand-operated product is about 700 yen, and the amount is about 100ml. The automatic vending machine has a 7 times price range. The customer service attitude is the best.

"Disclosure of banquet attendance の as に The twin room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and I could sleep well. There was no shower cap in the amenities. The hot springs were a little wet, but they were slowly soaked in the hot springs."

"Check in was smooth and we even got a room on a high floor! There was amenities for the children as well, which was very rare and cute. Parking was very, very close, just outside of the building."

"Super clean hotel with real Japanese vibe. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is a key, I can walk to Takakura Coffee, Torikichi yakitori, TonQ, La Cote d'Azure Cake Shop, Hama Sushi, etc Highly recommend when you roam in Tsukuba!!"

"My stay at this accommodation was absolutely fantastic and far exceeded my expectations! The place was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the food—breakfast and dinner were served daily, and each meal was unique, prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients. Every dish was delicious and thoughtfully crafted, adding a special touch to the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay. It’s truly exceptional and well worth it!"

"Best place to stay in Tsukuba, offering easy access to all essential facilities"

"The other day, I climbed Mount Tsukuba and planned to take the cable car down, but unfortunately, the cable car was undergoing inspection, so I ended up walking down instead. I was exhausted around 4:00 p.m., but a soak in Kamenoi Hotel's hot springs was rejuvenating. As the sun set, I was captivated by the glittering night view of Mount Fuji and the Skytree from my seventh-floor room. The room was well-cleaned, and the staff were very friendly. However, after washing my sweaty laundry at the laundromat, large fluffs fell out when I opened the dryer. It would be nice if they'd be more careful about things like that... However, I'd definitely stay at Kamenoi Hotel again when I visit Mount Tsukuba again. Thank you."

"The room is relatively small, but it has everything, clean and sanitary, with a safe and refrigerator. It is very good for one person to live in. The hotel uses a credit card to take the elevator, which is safe and guaranteed. The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective. It is very close to the Research Institute subway and convenient for travel"
