The resort was wonderful. Reminded us alot of koh sa mui. Service was impeccable. Food was fantastic. The pool in the villa was so clean but maybe can cut down on the chlorine tablets a bit.

I enjoyed my stay here. I appreciate the stylish lobby decor, and the receptionist staff was very polite and friendly. The kids club is wonderful, we played PlayStation and did some coloring. There's a gym nearby, and the toilet at the kids club is spotless. The hotel is extremely kids friendly, and my children loved everything about it. My room was clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job with the cleaning. The breakfast is delicious. ❤

Stayed at this amazing beachfront villa and it did not disappoint! Big space, great location, pool the kids absolutely loved, gorgeous beach views, and everything you need was already there. Will definitely be back! 🙌🌊

My stay at this hotel was very satisfying. The room provided was clean, comfortable, and tidy. The facilities were also complete and made my stay very convenient. The hotel's location is very strategic and makes it easy to visit nearby attractions. The staff were also friendly and helpful when needed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

This was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos. The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience. We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added. As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere. I would definitely come back again.

Had a good night sleep. Room was spacious! And so thankful for the TV Channel 14! We got to watch the World Cup live match at 3 a.m! Wifi was also good! Hot shower available. Ironing facilities provided. Walking distance to a Shell Out restaurant!

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were polite, and the check-in process was smooth. The facilities were basic, nothing too special but everything worked fine. It was a decent stay and suitable if you’re looking for a simple place to rest.

Stayed on 5-6/7/26.  Location strategic, 25 mnts to cherating, 20 mnts to kuantan city. I stayed in garden view room..car parking in front of the room.  Room spacious, clean, have balcony..have chair n table in the balcony..Boleh lepak..the view is so Green, very calm dgn bunyi burung..rasa mcm stay kat kampung2..  Walking distance to beach.. clean beach..boleh joging keliling resort smpi ke beach.. Area resort ade byk kedai mkn, kedai runcit, 3 mts to natural batik village.. location strategic utk pergi tmpt2 yg best ke viral..Nk beli Keropok lekor pun byk je kt tepi2 jln tu.. Price is so affordable..friendly staff.. very helpful.  Breakfast sgt sedap..many choice..mkn dpn swmmg pool.  Definitely will repeat soon!

My kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

I really liked this place. Its very private and secluded, and there weren’t many guests during our stay so it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Breakfast was peaceful and we also tried the room service, the food was surprisingly good. However for a private resort at this price point, I expected a better overall experience and more attention to detail. I checked in on my birthday, and while I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant, I had hoped for at least a simple birthday greeting during check-in. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment at all, which was a little disappointing. The biggest issue was the room condition. The floor was extremely wet and slippery and the walls felt damp. At first I thought the floor had just been mopped but after a few hours the problem became even worse. We had to call housekeeping twice to mop the floor and a technician came to inspect it. We were told it was caused by the air conditioner. Eventually, we gave up and asked for extra towels to place on the floor to prevent anyone from slipping, as shown in the photos. The toilet seat was also dirty and should have been replaced. What disappointed me most was the lack of follow-up. During check-out no one apologized for the inconvenience even though we had reported the issue twice. No one asked whether the problem had been resolved or if our stay had been affected. Overall, the resort offers excellent privacy, beautiful views, and a peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room condition and the lack of customer service overshadowed what should have been a memorable birthday stay. Considering the price we paid, I expected much better attention to both maintenance and guest experience.
