"Through my company, I had the pleasure of staying for two days at the 4-star Palazzo Marzano Hotel. The property is truly strategically located: in the heart of Briatico and just one kilometer from the stunning sea. From the moment I arrived, even though it was late in the evening, I was greeted with great professionalism and kindness by the receptionist, who made check-in simple and pleasant. Special thanks also to the manager, a charming and helpful person, always ready to provide information and support for any need. The hotel is meticulously designed, with elegant furnishings that convey elegance and comfort. My deluxe room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every convenience for a perfect stay. It was an extremely positive experience that I highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Briatico with the comfort of a high-end hotel and a staff that truly knows how to make you feel at home."

"Upon the arrival we felt unwelcomed there and the start of our holiday was a disaster. We had a very early flight, came to the hotel early and had to wait in the heat for the room to be ready at 5 pm. I'm sure the management could have been more flexible and had our room cleaned first because others did not arrive until around 4 p.m. Going to the reception asking that maybe our room is ready was an unpleasant experience. The receptionists knew that my daughter has a type 1 diabetes, but it was completely disregarded. The dinner was another disappointment. So much for delicious Italian cuisine. Me and my daughter are petite and never eat much, but their portions were REALLY small and not nice, overcooked pasta, skimpy sauce, no salt, no flavour whatsoever. Breakfast - the worst I ever had in a hotel in my life. HORRIBLE bread, stale, unbitable, one can really break their teeth, so be careful. Sweet pastries also some tasteless pieces of flour. You have to be very quick to grab some sausages or scrambled eggs, as they are brought in small portions and gone immediately. Don't forget a swimming cap for a swimming pool. Right, Never heard of that before, unless in some medical institution. No cap - no entrance to the pool. Not a single fresh tomato or cucumber served during the whole week. I felt like being in some Nordic country with a shortage of fresh ripen delicious local vegetables. The cherry on the cake was water coming from our bathroom floor. We literally grabbed our suitcases and all the other stuff and put them on our bed. The smell was not welcoming either. Ok, that can happen anywhere, but apologise nicely, offer some trifle as a compensation. Forget it. Didn't even bother to come up and inform that the room is ready, if it can be called ready, the smell was still there, the floor was wet. But it was our last night, so we just finished packing and slept a few hours trying not to think about the smell. One more thing, don't put too much food on your plate during breakfast or you may receive a comment from the co-owner that you put too much food on your plate. The best thing about the hotel - the holiday is over, we are back home and happy. I'll never ever go there again. P.S. To be fair the staff is really friendly and nice BUT not the owners."

"This place would be great for a group of families who knew each other. For us, it was a little bit noisy from the neighbouring guests. There is no real indoor 'living' to speak of, so people tend to stay on their verandah outdoors, and this contributes to the noise. There were internet issues as well. The staff were very friendly, and the location is quiet but pretty handy - a short walk away from a beautiful little beach, and a short drive from many other beaches, and dining."

"Μείναμε 28 μέρες και ήταν υπέροχο!! Η οικογένεια του οικοδεσπότη ήταν ευγενική και γλυκιά και η μαμά έφτιαξε αληθινά πρωινά. Το φαγητό ήταν απίστευτο, γεμάτο πίτες, κέικ, κροσέ και όλα τα είδη γλυκών και αλατιών. Είχαμε μια κοινή κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα εργαλεία που μπορούσαμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε για να φτιάξουμε δείπνο, αν επιθυμούσαμε. Παρκάρουμε στο χώρο, αναστεναγμοί, ήσυχα και αρκετά κοντά για να περπατήσουμε στην παραλία. Θα θέλαμε να συστήσουμε την B&B. Οι καλύτερες μας παραμείνουν!!"

"We stayed in this residence the last week of the month and the discovery was truly pleasant ... I did not expect to be so surprised ... the residence is equipped with delightful apartments some of which have a beautiful sea view ... beach 2 steps away ... comfortable and beautiful: a private and sheltered cove of white sand and a clean sea clear and always calm !! a dream bay equipped with everything, umbrellas, sunbeds and deck chairs and pedal boats and canoes available to customers. Well organized restaurant with excellent fresh dishes. clean place and cared for in detail with lawn, flowers, palm trees .. everything very beautiful. the staff is welcoming, helpful and very kind especially Nicoletta and Sandro. A special thanks to Francesca who allowed us to stay in this splendid dream place ＜3 we will come back to visit you - THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU"
