Comfort Suites Broomfield-Boulder/Interlocken ★★

"We booked and paid for a room with two queen beds. Upon arrival the hotel staff said that there were none available. We went rounds with customer service saying it was a third party error but the third party (trip.com) did nothing to rectify the situation aside from offering trio coins for a future trip. Terrible experience with no support. At this point I don’t even know if it was the third party error or the hotels but the fact that nothing was done to rectify the error by either party is what’s most upsetting."

Hyatt House Denver Boulder Broomfield ★★★

WoodSpring Suites Broomfield-Westminster ★★

"The bedding didn't seem clean and I had a hard time sleeping because of the thumping footsteps from upstairs. I didn't even bother to check in, but I don't want to go there again."
