"This filthy homestay was passing off as a Holiday Inn, so we had an expectation of a certain standard. We arrived for our booking of 5 rooms at 2.47pm and were told to come back in an hour. That was unacceptable as we are a performing group on a schedule. Check in time is supposed to be 2pm. We had a look at the accomodation which disgusting and nothing like the photos. Garbage everywhere, overgrown garden with gnarly bush lemons literally rotting on the ground, flies and fruit flies buzzing around, and a fallen tree. Tiny rooms, some without a window, and a small shower room and a single small toilet. The second toilet is outside. The owner is a very rude woman, and a fraud. We did not stay as it is substandard accomodation and would contravene health regulations. The whole place needs bulldozing."

"Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή και δεν μπορούσα να βλάψω τη διαμονή, την τοποθεσία, τις προοπτικές ή τη διαχείριση. Τρία υπνοδωμάτια στον 9ο όροφο. Σε όλα τα υπόλοιπα θα ήθελα να συστήσω θερμά τα διαμερίσματα του Waterford και έχω σημειώσει τον αριθμό του δωματίου για μελλοντικές επισκέψεις. Ο Tim για τη διάσωση! Είχαμε προηγουμένως κλείσει διαμέρισμα σε άλλο σύνολο για να πούμε ότι το δωμάτιο του "πάνω ωκεανού" δεν ήταν καθόλου ανώτερο θέαμα! Αποφάσισα να ακυρώσω την κράτηση και τον πήρα για "διπλό" Ελέγξτε τις απόψεις και εξηγήστε τι συνέβη, δεν απογοητεύσαμε αυτή τη φορά - οι απόψεις ήταν καταπληκτικές! "This was my second time staying at Potobellos. It was again lovely! I fortunately had the exact same apartment 45 and it was as usual, immaculate and freshly. Warm reception when checking in, with clear instructions. The internet was actually stronger and continually consistent while staying there, which was an amazing advantage to me. I love the locate of Portobellos, whatever I required, I could easily source in the stores below. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. "

"We stayed in suite 69 on 12th floor. Amazing views. Loved it there. Cleaning staff were great. Front desk staff were very helpful. City is wonderful. Suite was not updated and needed to be. There was an appliance failure in the kitchen of the suite which resulted in my wife breaking her wrist. Hospital was great. In cast for last weeks of our stay. Management will not talk to us about it. This was the only bad thing. The rest great."
