They claim to respect privacy, but I didn't see much respect for it on the first day. Isn't 11 PM a peak time for TV viewing? And isn't the TV not working a hotel problem? Why is it still not working? They should at least offer a solution. I hope they can improve the internet and provide training for the evening staff. They can't just be helpless if they can't fix it. And this "no solution" attitude is quite infuriating. (I have no intention of asking the hotel for a refund or compensation; this is just my personal opinion.)"
